La implementación de procesos de informatización en organizaciones como competencia en la formación de profesionales en informática

La implementación de procesos de informatización es una de las actividades más importantes en la actividad ingenieril. En el artículo, el autor se asume d istintas posiciones teóricas de la bibliografía revisada sobre el proceso de implementación y sus clasificaciones. Además, se asumen los elementos esenciales del currículo informático en el mundo y la importancia de la implementación en ellos. En el último acápite se analiza cómo estructurar la implementación como elemento esencial en el modo de actuación de quienes son profesionales en tecnología de la información.

The implementation is one of the more important activities in the engineers activity. In this article, the author assumes theoretic positions of the bibliography looked up on the implementation process and his classifications. In addition, the information -technology curriculum's essential elements in the world and the importance of implementation in them are assumed. In the last paragraph, the article examines how structuring the implementation as essential element in the mode of acting of the information -technology professional.

Instrumento y herramienta informática para guiar, controlar y evaluar las interacciones de los estudiantes en foros virtuales / Instrument and informatic tool for guiding, controling and evaluating the interactions among students in the virtual forum

El objetivo del trabajo, es proveer a los profesores que utilizan las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC) en función del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, por un lado, de un instrumento denominado :Los diez emoticones, que permite realizar el análisis del contenido de las interacciones y de la actuación de los estudiantes en el foro del entorno virtual de aprendizaje (EVA), y por otro, de una herramienta informática llamada Net@nalisis, que proporciona una representación gráfica de diagramas estructurales, tanto del modelo de interacción del estudiante como del grupo que desarrollan actividades en el foro del EVA. La aplicación del instrumento y de la herramienta informática facilita al profesor: supervisar, guiar y evaluar el proceso de aprendizaje y de formación y desarrollo del grupo en el EVA

The objective of the paper was to provide the professors who use the information and communication technologies for the teaching and learning process with an instrument called The ten emoticons on one hand, and with an informatic tool called Net@nalisis on the other. The former allows the analysis of the content of interactions and of the performance of the students in the forum within the virtual learning environment whereas the latter provides graphic representation of structural diagrams of the interaction model of both the student and the group carrying out their activities in the forum. The implementation of the instrument and the informatic tool makes it possible for the professor to supervise, guide and evaluate the process of learning, formation and development of the whole group within the virtual learning environment
