Se presenta el caso de una niña de 13 meses de edad que presenta episodio de insuficiencia cardíaca severa, se diagnostica miocarditis fulminante, y se evoluciona hasta la curación. Se describe el manejo de paciente y se hace un breve comentario del tema.
