RESUMEN

Objective To explore the abnormally functional brain region in resting state in first-episode major depression disorder patients with function magnetic resonance imaging. Methods 51 patients diagnosed with first-episode major depression disorder according to DSM-Ⅳ and 50 gender-,age-,and education-matched healthy controls completed resting state fMRI scan. The severity of depression, and unpredicted homodynamic responses across the whole brain were analyzed using Hamilton depression scale, regional homogeneity and amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation, respectively. Results Compared with control group, the right medial frontal gyms (BA6,MNI:3,-3,63,K=34) and left medial frontal gyrus(BA9,MNI:-9,36,30,K=10) (P<0.001,uncorrected) in the case group showed higher regional homogeneity, with statistical significance.Compared with control group, right medial frontal gyrus (BA6,MNI:3,-3,63,K =35) and right posterior cingulated gyrus (BA31,MNI:3,-36,36,K =11) (P< 0.001,uncorrected)in the case group showed higher amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation, with statistical significance. Conclusion First-episode major depression disorder patients in resting state had several abnormally functional brain regions, which might be related to the pathological mechanism of depression disorder.

RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of different doses of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets for treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). MethodsEighty PE patients from September 2010 to January 2011 were divided into two groups randomly, the 0.2 mg dose group and the 0.4 mg dose group. The therapeutic effect was assessed by the changes of the patients' CIPE-5 scores.ResultsThe intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) of the two groups were (0.98 ± 0.47 ) and ( 0.89 ± 0.47 ) min respectively before treatment, and (4.40 ± 1.86 ) and (6.40 ± 5.10) min respectively after treatment. There were significant differences ( P < 0.01 ).As for satisfaction degree of sexual life, lessening the patients' sexual anxiety and nervousness, and decreasing the difficulty in retarding ejaculation, the group of 0.4 mg had better effect than the other group.ConclusionLarge dose of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets could prolong IELT and increase the sexual satisfaction.

RESUMEN

Objective To compare the difference and rationalities between Harmm and Zhou' s formulae for expected acid-base compensation in acid-base imbalance. Methods 745 cases of arterial blood gas analysis results of acid-base disorder were evaluated respectively by Hamm and Zhou' s formulae, and the concordance was judged. Results For metabolic acidosis ( 108 cases), the concordance rate was 70. 4% between Hamm and Zhou's( Kappa value =0. 41 ,P <0. 01 ) ;for metabolic alkalosis ( 132 cases) ,the concordance rate was 59. 1% ( Kappa value =0. 18 ,P <0. 05) ;for acute respiratory acidosis(81 cases) ,the concordance rate was 65.43% ( Kappa value = 0. 31, P < 0. 01 ) ;for acute respiratory alkalosis ( 168 cases), the concordance rate was 54. 8% ( Kappa value = 0. 24%, P < 0. 01 ); for chronic respiratory acidosis ( 119 cases ), the concordance rate was 67.2% ( Kappa value = 0. 41, P < 0. 01 ) ;for chronic respiratory alkalosis( 137 cases), the concordance rate was 66. 6% ( Kappa value = 0. 43, P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The difference between Hamm and Zhou' s formulae for expected acid-base compensation in acid-base imbalance was obvious. The Zhou' s expected max compensation coefficient were slightly higher than the primary adopted compensation coefficient.
