Cor triatriatum-a rare congenital cardiac disease with atrial fibrillation in a 70 years old presenting as recurrent hemiplegia-a case report

We wish to report a case of COR TRIATRIATUM, A congenital cardiac abnormality with presence of three atria instead of two. He presented to us with history of recurrent [two] hemiplegia in a period of four years and clinical had atrial fibrillation. Echocardiogram showed presence of three atria and his age and neurological state did not permit us to study further angiographically or by catheterisation studies. To the best of our knowledge this is the first case report in Saudi Arabia
