The mediating role of psychological resilience to childhood abuse and binge eating among middle school students / 中华预防医学杂志

To explore the mediating role of psychological resilience to childhood abuse and binge eating. This study assessed the childhood abuse, binge eating and psychological resilience of 3 453 middle school students in Harbin city, Heilongjiang Province. SPSS PROCESS macro program, combined with Bootstrap method, was employed to explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience. The incidence of middle school students experiencing at least one type of abuse in their childhood was 81.3% (2 807/3 453). Childhood abuse, psychological resilience and binge eating were all significantly different in terms of gender, household registration and whether they were only child (all P values<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between childhood abuse and binge eating. Psychological resilience was negatively associated with childhood abuse and binge eating. Childhood abuse could not only directly predict the binge eating behavior of adolescents, but also could indirectly affect it via psychological resilience.

Three‐dimensional transesophageal echocardiography of aortic‐mitral valve coupling changes in patients with severe aortic stenosis after surgical aortic valve replacement and transcatheter aortic valve implantation / 中华超声影像学杂志

Objective To study the morphologic and functional changes of the aortic‐mitral valve coupling ( AMC) after surgical aortic valve replacement ( SAVR) or transcatheter aortic valve implantation ( T AVI ) in patients with severe aortic stenosis ( AS) using three‐dimensional transesophageal echocardiography ( 3D‐T EE) . Methods Ninty‐three severe AS patients were chosed as AS group in which 43 cases underwent SAVR and 50 cases underwent T AVI . T EE was performed before and after operation . T hirty‐one age‐and gender‐matched patients who underwent 3D‐T EE for exclusion of intracardiac thrombus were selected as control group . Cardiovascular quantitative analysis software was used to measure the parameters of aortic valve ,mitral valve and AMC in the the control group ,the SAVR group and the T AVI group before and after operation . Results ① Compared with control group ,the antero posterior ( AP ) diameter of mitral value in AS group increased ,the ellipticity of mitral valve decreased ,the height of the mitral annulus increased ( all P＜ 0 .05 ) . T he open area of aortic valve decreased ,the aortic regurgitation area ,aortic regurgitant flow velocity and the diameter of the aortic annulus increased( all P ＜0 .05) . T here was no statistical difference in aortic‐mitral valvular angle ( AM A ) and other parameters( all P ＞0 .05) . ②After SAVR ,the anterolateral‐posteromedial diameter ,AP diameter ,perimeter and area of mitral valve decreased ,the ellipticity of mitral valve increased( all P ＜0 .05) . T he aortic valve opening area increased ,the aortic regurgitation area and aortic regurgitant flow velocity decreased ( all P ＜ 0 .05 ) . T here was no statistical difference in AM A and other parameters( all P ＞0 .05) . ③After TAVI ,the AP diameter ,height , perimeter and area of mitral valve decreased ,the ellipticity of mitral valve increased ( all P ＜ 0 .05 ) . The aortic valve opening area increased ,the aortic regurgitation area ,aortic regurgitant flow velocity and the diameter of the aortic annulus decreased ( all P ＜ 0 .05 ) . T here was no statistical difference in AM A and other parameters( all P ＞0 .05) . Conclusions After SAVR and T AVI ,the anatomy and function of AMC in patients with severe AS changed to varying degrees after operation . It demonstrates that the impacts of both AS and repairment of AS on the mitral valve were . In addition ,after SAVR and T AVI ,the geometry and function of aortic and mitral valves of the patients recovered to some degrees .

Clinical analysis for oral mucosal disease in 21 972 cases / 中南大学学报(医学版)

To analyze the incidence and distribution of oral mucosal diseases in Hunan Province and provide reference for prevention and treatment.
 Methods: The clinical data for all patients, who were treated in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from April 2013 to March 2017, were collected. After screening, weighing and classifying, sex and age distribution for the disease was analyzed.
 Results: The female with the age between 40 to 49 were in the majority among 21 972 patients. The ratio between men to women was 1:1.05. According to the classification of diseases, the most common diseases were as follows: recurrent aphthous ulcer (27.17%), burning mouth syndrome (15.72%), oral submucous fibrosis (14.75%), oral lichen planus (10.38%), oral leukoplakia (4.21%), traumatic ulceration (4.14%), chronic cheilitis (3.47%), oral fungal infection (3.26%), and atrophic glossitis (2.74%). Recurrent oral ulcer (28.65%), burning mouth syndrome (23.70%) and oral lichen planus (13.31%) were the most common 3 kinds of oral mucosal diseases during females in Hunan. Oral submucous fibrosis was the most common oral mucosal disease among males in Hunan (28.56%).
 Conclusion: Recurrent oral ulcer, burning mouth syndrome and oral lichen planus are very popular in women in Hunan Province, and oral submucous fibrosis is the most common disease in male in this region. It shows a high trend of incidence in the surrounding provinces.

Applied value of routine ultrasound and shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer / 中华超声影像学杂志

Objective To investigate the applied value of routine ultrasound and shear wave elastography (SWE) in the comparison between triple negative breast cancer ( TNBC) and non-triple negative breast cancer (non-TNBC) . Methods A total of 120 lesions in 120 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer were retrospectively reviewed ,which were examined by routine ultrasound and SWE before surgery . According to immunohistochemical analysis ,those were divided into TNBC group and non-TNBC group . The features of routine ultrasound ( including shape ,orientation ,margin ,boundary ,echo pattern ,microcalcification ,posterior features of each lesion and blood flow characteristics) and the SWE index[including the average value of the lesion stiffness(Emean) ,the maximum value (Emax) ,the minimum value (Emin) ,the standard deviation (SD) ,and the ratio of the normal breast gland tissue (Eratio)] in the two groups were analyzed and compared . Results ① Two-dimensional ultrasound :TNBC lesions mostly showed the margin of microlobulated ,abrupt boundaries and no internal microcalcification ,but non-TNBC lesions were more likely to have an angular or spiculated margin ,an echogenic halo of boundary and a few microcalcification in the interior ,which were statistically different( P ＜0 .05) . The grade of blood flow and resistance index between TNBC and non-TNBC group showed no statistical difference( P ＞0 .05) . ② The values of Emax ,Emean and Eratio were statistically different( P ＜0 .05) ,with AUCs of 0 .811 ,0 .781 ,and 0 .770 , respectively . Conclusions Routine ultrasound and SWE can comprehensively analyze the morphology ,blood flow and stiffness features of breast lesions ,which provides more valid information to identify T NBC and non-T NBC .

The preliminary research of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differential diagnosis of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer / 中华超声影像学杂志

Objective To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in differential diagnosis of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer . Methods Sixty-two cases breast cancer patients with 62 breast lesions confirmed as breast cancer by postoperative pathology were selected . Referencing of St . Gallen standard and according to immunohistochemical markers of estrogen receptor ( ER) ,progesterone receptor(PR)andhumanepidermalgrowthfactorreceptor2(Her-2)expression,allthecasesweredivided into Luminal epithelium A or B ( Luminal A/B) subtype( 26 patients ) ,Her-2 over-expression subtype( 16 patients) and triple negative ( TN ) subtype ( 20 patients ) . CEUS and routine ultrasonography were performed for all patients before surgery ,and the contrast enhancement patterns and perfusion parameters were recorded . Whether there was a difference between the contrast enhancement patterns and perfusion parameters in different subtypes of breast cancer was analyzed . Results ① The contrast enhancement pattern showed more radioactive gathering( 76 .9% , P ＜0 .05) ,lower perfusion(69 .2% , P ＜ 0 .05) ,and lower maximum intensity ( IMAX) in the Luminal epithelium subtype than those in the Her-2 over-expression subtype and the TN subtype(all P ＜0 .05) ;② The contrast enhancement pattern showed more cardiac enhancing (93 .8% , P ＜0 .05) ,perfusion defect(75 .0% , P ＜0 .05) ,and shorter peak time (TTP) in Her-2 over-expression subtype than those in the Luminal epithelium subtype and the TN subtype(all P ＜0 .05) ;③The pattern of the TN subtype contrast enhancement showed more clear boundary( 80 .0% ,P＜0 .05) ,comparing to the other two types ,the perfusion parameters was no significant different( P ＞0 .05). Conclusions Different molecular subtypes of breast cancer have different contrast enhancement patterns and perfusion parameters ,CEUS can provide valuable imaging information for the diagnosis of breast cancer molecular typing before surgery .

Rules of acupoint selection for diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on data mining technology / 中国针灸

The rules of acupoint selection for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) based on data mining technology are analyzed. Literature regarding acupuncture for DPN published in core journals from January of 2005 to December of 2014 was retrieved in CNKI database and Wanfang database to establish a database of acupuncture prescriptions, which were included into the TCM Inheritance Platform software (Version 2.0). The data mining methods, including rule analysis, revised mutual information, etc. were applied to analyze the acupuncture prescriptions and the frequency of each acupoint was calculated. The results indicated Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Quchi (LI 11), Yanglingquan (GB 34), Hegu (LI 4), Shenshu (BL 23), etc. were mostly selected in acupuncture for DPN; in addition, 19 acupoint combinations were acquired. It is concluded that acupuncture for DPN applied reinforcing methods as main rules, accompanied with promoting blood andcirculation; the acupoint selection focused onmeridians and back-points.

Outcome analysis of breast diseases screening in 773 women in Tangshan area / 肿瘤研究与临床

Objective To analysis the occurrence status of breast disease in married women in Tangshan area,and to provide basis for early prevention of breast cancer in this region.Methods 773 married women in Tangshan area were given mammography examination.The tissue biopsy or surgical treatment was recommended for patients with above grade 3 of breast imaging reporting and data system (BI-RADS) classification to obtain pathological diagnosis.Results In 773 women,482 cases (62.35 ％) were diagnosed as BI-RADS grade 2 or below,256 cases (33.12 ％) were BI-RADS grade 3,33 cases (4.27 ％) were BI-RADS grade 4,2 cases (0.26 ％) were BI-RADS grade 5.The distribution of each BI-RADS grade among different age group was statistically significant (x2 =17.90,P ＜ 0.001),35 cases got pathological diagnosis by biopsy or surgical treatment,including 30 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia,3 cases of breast fibroadenoma,and 2 cases of breast cancer.Conclusion Women's mammography screening is important for the prevention and early detection of mammary gland diseases.

Effect of“Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture on acetylcholine receptor protein expression in neuromuscular j unction of rats with EAMG / 吉林大学学报(医学版)

Objective:To study the influence of “Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture in the expression levels of acetylcholine receptor protein (AchR)in gastrocnemius neuromuscular junction (NMJ)of the rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG),and to clarify the mechanism of “Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupucture in the treatment myasthenia gravis (MG).Methods:The female Lewis rats were used to establish the EAMG rat models immuned with AchRα1 129-145 polypeptide fragments.30 EAMG rats were selected randomly and divided into model control group, drug control group, and acupuncture treatment group (n=10),and another 10 rats purchased at the same period were used as blank control group.The rats in drug control group were treated with 1 8.5 mg · kg-1 · d-1 pyridostigmine by gavage. And the rats in acupuncture treatment group were treated with irritating by“Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture.The rats in blank control group and model control group were not treated .The Lennon symptom scores of the rats in various groups were recorded.After treatment,the tissues of gastrocnemius NMJ of the rats were taken,and the AchR protein expression levels in NMJ of the rats in various groups were detected by Western blotting method. Results:Compared with blank control group,after successfully modelling,the Lennon symptom scores of the rats in model control group, drug control group and acupuncture treatment group before treatment were significantly increased (P<0.01).Compared with model control group,the Lennon symptom scores of the rats in drug control group and acupuncture treatment group after two treatment course were significantly increased (P<0.01 ). Compared with blank control group, the AchR protein expression level in gastronemus NMJ of the rats in model control group was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with model control group, the AchR protein expression levels in gastronemus NMJ of the rats in acupuncture treatment group and drug control group after treatment were significantly increased (P<0.01).Conclusion:“Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture has good therapeutic effect on the EAMG through increasing the NMJ AchR protein expression level of the EAMG rats.

Study of left ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients with different left ventricular geometric patterns by vector flow mapping / 中华超声影像学杂志

Objective To assess the clinical application value of vector flow mapping (VFM) in evaluating the left ventricular diastolic function in hypertensive patients with different left ventricular geometric patterns.Methods One hundred and sixty-nine patients with hypertension and 50 healthy volunteers were enrolled.Hypertensive patients were divided into four groups with different ventricular configurations according to ASE guide line in 2005:normal geometry group,concentric remodeling group,concentric hypertrophy group and eccentric hypertrophy group.The quantitative parameters,including average energy loss(aEL) and circulation were measured.Difference was evaluated among five groups at apical,mid and basal segments and at different periods.The correlationship was analyzed between aEL,circulation and E/e',respectively.Results ① Compared to control group,aEL was higher in four hypertension groups at three segments of atrial systole(P ＜0.05).aEL in eccentric hypertrophy group was higher than those in control group,normal geometry group or concentric remodeling group at apical and mid segments of atrial systole,and higher than those in other hypertensive groups at basal segment (P ＜ 0.05).In four hypertension groups,circulations in rapid filling phase of anterior mitral valve were lower than that in control group,but circulations in slow filling phase of posterior mitral valve were higher than that in control group(P ＜0.05).The circulation in slow filling phase of posterior mitral valve in concentric remodeling group was higher than that in normal geometry group,and that in eccentric hypertrophy group was higher than those in normal geometry group and concentric remodeling group(P ＜0.05).②When intra-group comparison,aEL were different in different segments of same phase or at different phases of same segment(P ＜0.05).③aEL had a good correlation with E/e'at basal segment of atrial systole in four hypertension groups(r =0.66,P ＜0.01).Conclusions VFM can be utilized to analyze left ventricular hemodynamics features of hypertensive patients with different left ventricular geometric patterns,it may be a good supplement for assessing cardiac diastolic function and reflect the extent of damage.

Effect of “Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture on AChR mRNA expression in neuromuscular junction of rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenis gravis / 吉林大学学报(医学版)

Objective:To observe the effect of “Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi” Acupuncture on the acetylcholine receptor (AchR)mRNA expression in neuromuscular junction (NMJ)of the rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenis gravis (EAMG), and to analyze the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for EAMG. Methods:AchRα1 129-145 peptide fragments were used to immune the 60 female Lewis rats to establish the EAMG rat models. 30 EAMG rats were selected randomly and divided into model control group,acupuncture treatment group and drug control group (n = 10).Another 10 SPF- “grade three”female Lewis rats,which were raised together with EAMG rats,were used as blank control group. The rats in model control group and blank control group had no treatment.The rats in acupuncture treatment group were treated with “Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture.The rats in drug control group were treated with pyridostigmine bromide by gavage. The tissue samples in NMJ of gastrocnemius of the rats were collected,and the expression levels of AChR mRNA were detected with Real-time PCR method; the differences among various groups were analyzed quantitatively. Results:Compared with blank control group,the expression levels ofγ-AChR mRNA andε-AChR mRNA in NMJ of the rats in acupuncture treatment group drug control group and model control group were significantly increased (P <0.01).Compared with model control group,theγ-AChR mRNA andε-AChR mRNA in NMJ of the rats in drug acupuncture treatment group and control group were significantly increased (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion:“Warming Yang and Nourishing Qi”Acupuncture can effectively improve the expression level of AchR mRNA and it is an effective treatment method for myasthenia gravis.

Thin-thicknessversus blade-thickness micro-skin pulping covered with heterogeneous skin for repair of burn wounds / 中国组织工程研究

BACKGROUND:Autologous micro-skin graft covered with alogeneic skin has become a major means for repair of extremely severe burn wounds. Due to the limitation of the source of alogeneic skin, heterogeneous skin (pigskin) or artificial skin serves as a vector to cover the wound on the clinical use. OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of thin-thickness micro-skin pulping covered with heterogeneous skin for repair of burn wounds in comparison with blade-thickness micro-skin pulping covered with heterogeneous skin. METHODS:A self-control study was performed in 36 patients with severe burns of bilateral limbs. There were 42 pairs of wounds, 32 of which were at joint sites. One or two pairs of III-degree burns treated with escharectomy were selected from each patient for self-control comparison. Covered with heterogeneous skin, thin-thickness micro-skin pulping and blade-thickness micro-skin pulping were used in the trial and control groups, respectively. The expansion ratio was controled at 1:8-1:12 in al patients. Wound healing time, degree of scar hyperplasia within 6 months to 2 years after transplantation, and ratio of reconstruction surgery at joint sites were observed and compared. The removed scars by surgery were analyzed based on the total score of the Vancouver Scar Scale. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The average wound healing time was (44.7±1.24) days in the trial group and (49.6±1.41) days in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The reconstructive surgery ratio of the trial group was 38%, significantly lower than that of the control group (59.38%;P < 0.01). The total score on the Vancouver Scar Scale was less in the trial group than the control group (P < 0.05). These findings suggest that the thin-thickness micro-skin covered with heterogeneous skin is likely to be a better treatment to repair large ful-thickness skin burn by increasing the thickness of micro-skin, and it can obtain better wound healing quality.

"Influence of ""Warming yang and Nourishing qi"" acupuncture treatment in serum IL-12 and IL-18 expression levels in experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis rats and its mechanism" / 中国免疫学杂志

Objective:To observe the influence of the “Warming yang and Nourishing qi” acupuncture treatment in the serum interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) expression levels,in the rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenis gravis (EAMG) and to analyze the mechanism of acupuncture treatment to myasthenis gravis (MG).Methods: AchRα1 129-145 peptide fragments were used to immune the female Lewis rats to establish EAMG rat models.30 successful EAMG model rats were randomly selected and divided into acupuncture treatment group ,drug control group and model control group ( n=10 );the unmodelled 10 rats purchased at the same period were used as blank control group.The rats in acupuncture treatment group were treated by “Warming yang and Nourishing qi” acupuncture treatment,30 min/time,once a day,7 d for a period,1 d rest between two periods,two periods of continuous treatment.The rats in drug control group were treated by the pyridostigmine lavaged treatment , 18.5 mg/( kg · d ) , continuous treatment of 15 d.The rats in the other two groups had no any special treatment.After treatment,the blood samples from the vein of tail root of the rats in 4 groups were collected ,and the serum expression levels of IL-12 and IL-18 were detected with ELISA method.Results:After treatment,compared with model control group ,acupuncture treatment and drug control group the serum IL-12 and IL-18 expression level of the EAMG rats were significantly decreased ( P0.05 ).Conclusion:“Warming yang and Nourishing qi” acupuncture treatment can reduce the serum IL-12 and IL-18 expression levels of EAMG rats to treat MG ,and the effect of treatment was similar to pyridostigmine.

Effects of Trunk and Ankle Dorsiflexion Training on Hemiplegia / 中国康复理论与实践

@#Objective To observe the effects of trunk and ankle dorsiflexion training on the motor function of the hemiplegics affected lower limb. Methods 36 cases with hemiplegia were divided into two groups: treatment group (n=22) and control group (n=14). The treatment group accepted trunk and ankle dorsiflexion training, while the control group not. They were assessed with Ueda Assessment 2 months after treatment. Results 22 cases (100%) in the treatment group were grade 8 or higher, while 7 cases (50%) in the control group. Conclusion Trunk and ankle dorsiflexion training are important for the recovery of motor function in the hemiplegics.
