RESUMEN

Objective To study the influence and solution of pseudothrom bocytopenia (PTCP) caused by anticoagulant EDTA-K2.Methods Sysmex-2100 hematology analyzer was used to analyze PTCP-positive patients' blood samples, count the platelet in samples anticoagulant with EDTA-K2,sodium citrate and heparin, and used the manual counting methods. Results Platelets counts in anticoagulant bood by EDTA-K2 was significantly lower than anticoagulant bood by sodium citrate and heparin.Lots of aggregated platelets were appeared in the EDTA-K2 anticoagulant samples stained by Wright-Giemsa,while there was no aggregated platelets observed in sodium citrate anticoagulant samples and heparin anticoagulant samples. Conclusion Platelet aggregation in patients with PTCP causes patelet counts false reducation. The patients with PTCP is determined by measuring the whole blood (no anticoagulant)by automatic hematology analyzer immediately or manual couting method.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of clinical Pseudomonas aerugilosa isolates, and offer reasonable experimental data for clinical therapy.METHODS P.aerugilosa was identified by ATB Expression system, and its drug resistance was determined by Kirby-bauer and ATB Expression method.RESULTS The main departments in which frequently P.aerugilosa infection accurred were Intensive Care Unit(41.2%) and Respiration Departments(19.3%).The common site of P.aerugilosa infection was respiratory tract(68.2%).The sensitive rate of P.aerugilosa to polymyxin E and cefoperazone/sulbactam was the highest(95.1% and 91.4%),while to meropenem and imipenem was 77.5% and 70.6%.The highest resistant rate of P.aerugilosa to trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,ampicillin/sulbactam was 97.1% and 95.1%.The resistunce to ciprofloxacin, ticarcillin and piperacillin, were 64.9%,63.3% and 56.3%.CONCLUSIONS P.aeruginosa is major pathoge in our hospital. It is important to select antibiotics correctly according to the results of susceptibility tests.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE To investigate the infectivity and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and instruct reasonable application of antibiotics clinically.METHODS Mycoplasma IST kit was used to detect Uu and Mh and their drug resistance.RESULTS The prevalence of Mycoplasma in males was 44.7%,in females was 46.0%.The resistance rate of Uu to ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and(erythromycin) was(85.1%),47.1%,and 24.8%;the resistance rate of Mh to ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and(erythromycin) was 76.9%,54.2%,and 54.2%,respectively.The sensitive rate of Uu to doxycycline,(pristinamycin) and josamycin was 95.5%,95.5%,and 91.3%;the sensitive rate of Mh to doxycycline,(pristinamycin) and josamycin was 95.8%,95.8%,and 91.7%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS To deal with the(infection) of Uu and Mh,the antibiotics such as doxycycline, josamycin and(others) which are sensitive to such strains can be used.Uu and Mh have a high(resistance) rate to quinolones, which should be paid high clinical(attention).
