RESUMEN

To investigate the influence of six exogenous pathogenic factors on asthma in children and to observe the changes of microscopic indexes in cold- and heat-type asthma. Logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the influence of six exogenous pathogenic factors and the changes of serum level of IgE, eosinophil (EOS) counting, contents of third component of complement (C3) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were observed. The exogenous factors of wind, cold, damp, wind-cold mixture and cold-damp mixture were the risky factors of asthma. Serum levels of IgE and EOS were higher in cold-type asthma and serum contents of C3 and CRP were higher in heat-type asthma (P

RESUMEN

[ Objective ] To investigate the decisive factor of syndrome differentiation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) , so as to provide its experimental evidence. [Methods] Serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) in SLE patients with yin deficiency of the liver and kidney (group B) and with excessive toxic heat (group C) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) . Serum levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in SLE patients were compared with those in healthy volunteers (group A). Relationship of serum C-reaction protein (CRP), complement 3 ( C3) and complement 4 (C4) with sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 as well as relationship between sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in SLE patients were observed. [ Results ] Serum levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in groups B and C were higher than those of group A ( P

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the effect of Ganoderma Triterpene(GT)on the expression of CD69 and HLA-DR on human T lymphocyte. Methods The activation of human T lymphocytes was detected and analyzed by flow cytometry after co-culturing with different concentrations of GT for 6 hours or for 72 hours. Results GT stimulated the expression of CD69 on T lymphocytes, the effect being significant at GT concentration of 10 ? g/mL(P

RESUMEN

AIM:To investigate the affecting factors of detecting platelet activation by flow cytometry (FCM). METHODS:Using decoagulant of natrium citricum, anticoagnlated peripheral venous bloods from 6 healthy donors were labeled with the method of three-colour immunofluorescence assay. Platelet activation markers fibrinogen receptor (Fib-R,PAC-1) and P-selectin (CD62P) were measured. In the same time, the reproducibility of FCM was assessed.RESULTS:The platelet activation markers PAC-1 and CD62P at each time point showed significant difference(P
