Methods@#Adult volunteers aged over 50 years were included in the study after participating in the screening program. Characteristic data and standing radiographic parameters were assessed. A propensity score model was established with adjustments for age and sex after a preliminary analysis, and cases were divided into DLS (Cobb angle >10°) and non-DLS (Cobb angle ≤10°) groups. @*Results@#There were significant differences in age, sex, C2 sagittal vertical axis (C2-SVA), C7-SVA, T1 pelvic angle (TPA), lumbar lordosis (LL), pelvic incidence (PI), pelvic tilt (PT), PI minus LL (PI–LL), knee angle, ankle angle, pelvic shift, C7-center sacral vertical line, L4 tilt, femur-tibia angle, and hip-knee-ankle angle (all p <0.05) using a preliminary analysis of 261 cases (75 DLS and 186 non-DLS). A one-to-one propensity score-matched analysis was used after 70 pairs of cases were selected. There were no significant differences in the characteristic data for lower extremity parameters. There were still significantly higher values of C2-SVA, TPA, PI, PT, and PI–LL in DLS group than in non-DLS group (all p <0.05). @*Conclusions@#This study showed an important relationship between DLS and sagittal spinal deformity. However, DLS was not associated with the sagittal and coronal lower extremity alignments.
RESUMEN
Type 2 diabetes mellitus results from a combination of genetic and lifestyle factors, and the prevalence of T2DM is increasing worldwide. At present, there are many drawbacks in the clinical treatment of T2DM, so there is an urgent need for a new treatment method for improvement. In recent years, gene therapy has been proved to reverse T2DM related symptoms such as insulin resistance at the animal level, and no obvious side effects such as hypoglycemia have been found. Therefore, gene therapy may be the main development direction of T2DM therapy in the future. This article reviews the role of fibroblast growth factor related genes such as fibroblast growth factor 21, glucagon like peptide-1, peroxisome proliferator activated receptor and insulin in glucose and lipid metabolism and the development of T2DM, and summarized the application of various viral vectors in gene therapy of T2DM. The significance and existing problems of gene therapy in T2DM are discussed, and the possible development direction of gene therapy T2DM in the future is prospected.

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the pratice of pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists in orthopedics department. METHODS： Based on the characteristics of orthopedic diseases and clinical drug use， combined with case analysis， the content， work focus and working methods of pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists were summarized in orthopedics department of our hospital. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists of our hospital provided basal pharmaceutical care， such as pharmacy consultation， drug reforming， medication education. Focusing on the application standardization of antibiotics in perioperative period， pain evaluation， analgesic regimen optimization， hemostasis and anticoagulation medication safety monitoring of patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery， clinical pharmacists went deep into ward work to assist physicians in formulating treatment plans. Results of case analysis showed that the work of clinical pharmacists was recognized by doctors and promoted rational drug use in clinic. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists should combine different specialty characteristics to carry out pharmacy services for specific groups， continuously improve the professional level and their ability to work， and improve the level of pharmaceutical care.
