RESUMEN
El programa de atención integral al menor infractor se desarrolla en dos centros independientes, El Centro Especializado de Recepción CER (en la Floresta) y El Centro de Atención al joven «Carlos Lleras Restrepo¼. Ambas son instituciones oficiales de carácter mixto entregadas por el Gobierno Nacional, Departamental y Municipal a la Congregación de Religiosos Terciarios Capuchinos de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores para su dirección y administración.
The program of comprehensive care for the young offender is carried out in two independent centers, the CER Specialized Reception Center (in Floresta) and the "Carlos Lleras Restrepo" Youth Care Center. Both are official institutions of mixed character delivered by the National, Departmental and Municipal Government to the Congregation of Capuchin Tertiary Religious of Our Lady of Sorrows for their direction and administration.
