RESUMEN
Este artículo presenta reflexiones sobre las actitudes y comportamientos evidenciados en los y las jóvenes pertenecientes a organizaciones juveniles de la comuna 13 en el año 2002, y luego en el 2010, y sus posibles interpretaciones a la luz de la psicología. Por no ser el producto de una investigación rigurosa, sino de la observación cotidiana del autor en dos momentos de contacto con esta población, se proponen como puntos de partida para posteriores indagaciones.
This article presents reflections on the attitudes and behaviors evidenced in young people belonging to youth organizations in commune 13 in 2002, and then in 2010, and their possible interpretations in the light of psychology. Because they are not the product of a rigorous investigation, but rather of the daily observation of the author in two moments of contact with this population, they are proposed as starting points for subsequent investigations.
