RESUMEN

Objective:To explore the pathway of psychological capital and burnout on turnover intention of nurses in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward. Methods:The cross-sectional research design involved 180 registered nurses in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation wards from 16 tertiary grade A general hospitals with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation qualifications in Shandong province in October 2020. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data, and Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect of psychological capital between burnout and turnover intention. Results:The average scores of psychological capital, burnout and turnover intention of nurses in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward were (4.70 ± 0.73), (2.44 ± 0.88) and (2.32 ± 0.68), respectively. There were significant differences in turnover intention among nurses in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward at different ages, transplant nursing age, marital status and night shift ( F=3.04, 3.34, t=2.43, -3.12, P<0.05); psychological capital was negatively correlated with burnout and turnover intention ( r=-0.698, -0.450, P<0.01), while burnout was positively correlated with turnover intention ( r=0.512, P<0.01) ; optimism in psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between burnout and turnover intention, and the mediating effect accounted for 52.7% of the total effect. Conclusions:The turnover intention of nurses in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward was at a high level, and psychological capital had a certain impact on turnover intention. Administrators should formulate targeted strategies to improve psychological capital, reduce the burnout and turnover intention of nurses in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward, in order to form a stable and high-quality team of nursing personnel for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and promote the development of transplantation nursing specialty in China.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the effect of curcumin on behavior, blood brain barrier(BBB)and ex-pression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and cyclic nucleotide 3′phosphohydrolase(CNPase)in hippocam-pus of radiation injured brain(RIB)rats. Methods SD rats were divided into radiation group, treatment group and negative control group. RIB rats model were established by X ray,and rats in treatment group were treated by curcumin. Morris water maze test were taken to study learning memory of rats in each group. The expression of Ev-ans blue(EB)in brain tissue and the expression of GFAP and CNPase in hippocampus were detected to observe the effect of curcumin on the BBB of RIB rats. Results In RIB rats, learning memory were decreased significant-ly,permeability of BBB were increased. GFAP expression in brain tissue was increased, and CNPase was de-creased(P < 0.05). After the treatment of curcumin, learning memory of rats were improved, the permeability of BBB was decreased,GFAP was decreased, and CNPase expression was increased(P < 0.05). Conclusion Cur-cumin can significantly reduce the damage of BBB in RIB rats, decrease the expression of GFAP and increase the expression of CNPase in hippocampal, which indicate that curcumin has curative effect on radiation injured brain.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the prevalence of tick bites and relative factors of outpatients with fever from health care fa?cilities in Tengchong County. Methods From July to August,2014,the outpatients with fever in five health care facilities namely Tengchong Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Hehua Health Center,Jietou Health Center,Qushi Health Cen?ter and Xinhua Health Center were investigated by questionnaires. The factors related to tick bites were explored with the univari?ate analysis and multiple regression models. Results Totally 884 effect questionnaires were acquired. Among the 884 partici?pants,85(9.6%)had experienced tick bites. The frequency of tick bites was associated with locations, gender, age group, own?ership of cattle, working at foreign country, firewood cutting and lumbering in the forest(all P<0.05). The multiple regression revealed that the male and people raising cattle, working at foreign country, engaging in firewood cutting and lumbering in the forest had a more risk for tick bites. Conclusions Tick bites are common in the residents of Tengchong County. The risk of be?ing bitten varies in different populations. The local health departments should promote health education in the high?risk popula?tion to reduce the risk of infecting tick?borne diseases.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the pressure sources of caregivers in need of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and to provide evidence for targeted intervention. Methods According to Hill′s ABC-X family pressure model, 12 main family caregivers were received semi-structured in depth interviews with phenomenological methods. Results Pressure sources of caregivers for HSCT patients were summed up to 7 aspects: search of donor, isolation with patient during transplantation, lack of knowledge in patient care, family resource difficulties, family economic overburden, social role transformation and uncertainty of disease prognosis. Conclusions The pressure sources of caregivers for HSCT patients is a persistent process, which is over layed as the patient′s condition worsens. The analysis on the pressure sources of primary family caregivers is becoming a new topic in HSCT nursing area.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the clinical values of applying contact-mode argon plasma coagulation (APC) for retroflex colonoscopic treatment of ultra-lower rectal polyps. Methods 46 wide outsole and applanate polyps smaller than 1.0 cm located at ultra-lower rectum in 17 cases of patients were treated by contact-mode APC under U-type retroflex colonoscopy after failure in regular colonoscopic treatment. Then observe the contacting rate of APC probe with polyps, success rate of curing polyps, rate of probe being adhered and blocked by the solidification structures, incidence of submucosal emphysemas, and incidence of colonoscope ambustion. Results Under U-type retroflex colonoscopy, the probe could contact with polyps in 17 patients. The polyps in every patient were cured by APC in the first time of colonoscopic treatment, whereas all 46 polyps were cured by 97 times of APC spurt. Mild adhesions occurred between the probe and solidification structures at 5 times (5.15 %) among 97 times of APC spurt, without injuries to the coagulation surface from which when the probe separated. The solidification structures blocked the probe only twice (2.06 %). When the solidification structures were cleared, efficiency of the probe restored. No sub-mucosal emphysemas and colonoscope ambustion happened. Conclusion Applying contact-mode APC for retroflex colonoscopic treatment of ultra-lower rectal polyps is safe and effective, it can prevent the damage of colonoscope from the argon knife.

RESUMEN

Following the development of clinical trials, the methodology of clinical trials has developed a great deal, including randomization method and blinding method, etc. The method of randomization includes simple randomization, stratification randomization, etc. Dynamic randomization is also considered as a method of randomization. Two dynamic randomization methods are introduced in this paper, including a method considering the balance of numbers in each group and a method considering prognostic factors. This paper also demonstrates the procedure of dynamic randomization of the above two methods by simulations and actual examples.

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneouse trans-hepatic Cyanoacrylate (TH glue) embolization for gastric varices. Methods TH glue was injected into the gastric varices and its feeder veins in 30 patients. The endoscopy was performed at 1 week and every 3 months after the procedure, while the CT and portal vein angiography were performed at 3 months and every 6 months after the procedure to e-valuate the oblitazation results. Results The effective rate of treatment was 100%. A total of 21 patients were followed up in a mean period of 27.9 months (11-33 months) with a recurrence rate of varices at 14. 29% (3/21). Portal hypertensive gastropathy was observed in 17 patients (80. 95%), and to-bleeding occurred in 2 patients (9. 52%) due to portal hypertensive gastropathy. CT and portal vein angiography dis-played TH glue in fundic peripheral veins, perforating veins in the gastric wall and other feeding veins with-out re-ciroulation or new branches after embolization. Conclusion Peroutaneous trans-hepatic TH glue is a-ble to embolize the gastric varices and its feeding veins, which is feasible and effective in treatment of gastric varices.
