RESUMEN

Based on the clinical needs and examination requirements of standardized training students, the China national standardized training textbook Acupuncture and Moxibustion for residents of traditional Chinese medicine has made innovations in the textbook content and form. In the part of meridians and acupoints, the classic original text is introduced and the main indications and operation methods of 200 commonly-used acupoints are summarized in the form of tables. In the part of acupuncture and moxibustion technique, the operating procedures are standardized and the core technical points of 20 commonly-used acupuncture and moxibustion techniques are summarized in the form of flow chart. In the part of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, 48 typical diseases are introduced in the form of case discussion, highlighting the problem orientation and demonstrating the diagnosis and treatment procedures.

RESUMEN

Objective Based on fibroblast cell model and photopolymerized hydrogel substrate with moderate gradient stiffness, to analyze the effect of process and performance parameters on cell migration and provide theoretical guidance for artificial scaffold design and fabrication. Methods A mathematical model of the test system was built and the corresponding numerical program was compiled, including viscoelastic dynamic finite element of the cell model, reaction kinetic equation of focal adhesions, and the strategy to deal with dynamic boundary and multi-scale time. Results The relationship between process parameters and performance parameters was formulated based on experimental data; cell migration speed and traction increased with the substrate stiffness increasing and were accompanied by rapid fluctuation when stiffness gradient was constant, then cell movement gradually stabilized with the extension of observation time. Increasing stiffness gradient moderately obviously promoted cell migration, and cells could maintain a limited speed on substrate with a large stiffness gradient. Smaller photomask opacity gradient resulted in larger substrate stiffness gradient and less time spent for cell to reach the target. These results agreed with the experimental results reported in the literature. Conclusions The experimental result provided an effective digital simulation platform to test the influence of process and performance parameter of photopolymerized hydrogel substrate with moderate gradient stiffness on cell migration.

RESUMEN

For studying the expression and distribution of angiotensinogen (AGT), the C-teminus of rat AGT gene was expressed in E.coli. Rabbits were immunized with expressed AGT protein and sera from different rabbits were raised. ELISA showed a high titre (1:25600) of the antiserum. With the antiserum, Western blotting recognized not only the prokaryotic expressed AGT, but also the endogenous AGT protein in liver tissue of both rats and humans. Using this antiserum, immunohistochemistry showed the expression of AGT protein in islet cells of human pancreas as well as in epithelium of human bile duct. These results suggest that the prokaryotic expressed AGT protein is an effective immunogen for the preparation of anti-AGT antiserum. Our present work provides an important tool for study of the pathophysiological role of AGT as well as local renin-angiotensin system.
