RESUMEN

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has an insidious onset, and most patients are in the advanced stage when attending the hospital and thus lose the opportunity for radical surgical resection, which results in the poor prognosis of patients. With the development of clinical treatment, the treatment of advanced HCC has gradually transitioned from the relatively single and limited treatment options in the past to the new model of comprehensive treatment. In recent years, immunotherapy, represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), has become widely used in clinical practice. At present, a number of clinical studies have been conducted for immunotherapy combined with local and targeted antitumor therapy, and in particular, ICIs combined with targeted therapy have become a research hotspot in the field of HCC treatment. This article reviews the research advances in immunotherapy for the treatment of HCC.

RESUMEN

To compare the performances of community family physicians in different patterns of chronic disease management. From June 2011 to April 2012,3 different models (A,B,C) of chronic disease management were employed for a total of 4972 patients.Statistics analyses were performed. The number of participants, session and average effective working time were different. In terms of standard management of hypertension, diabetic management rate and non on-site management rate, model C was superior to models A and B (P < 0.01).And model A had the lowest rate of non on-site management (P <0.05).Though with each own advantage, three models are complementary. But model C reflects the residents' self-management concept of chronic disease.

RESUMEN

Objective To study comparatively the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFMlE)and surgical therapy in women with moderate stress urinary incontinence(SUI),in order to provide theoretical reference for finding an appropriate SUI treatment method. Methods 114 cases of women with moderate SUI were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group Wag given surgical thempy. while the treatment group was given the PFME treatment. After 12 weeks the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated, the cost-benefit was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.2%.higher than 83.9% of the control group. Compared with before treatment, the I-QOL scores of the two groups increased significantly, the ICIQ scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and the treatment group was significantly different compared with the control group. The cost-benefit analysis showed that the total medical cost and the spending cost of the total clinical effective rate increased l percent and the I-QOL increased 1 score were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The PFME therapy of women with moderate SUI is the preferred treatment and it is worthy of promotion and application.

RESUMEN

Objective To assess the symptoms of patients due to indwelling double ureteral stent and their impact on quality of life. Methods Sixty patients were assessed by the specific questionnaire. Average time of indwelling stent was 21.4 d. All patients finished the special questionnaire when the stent was removed by cystoscope, including specific urinary symptoms, IPSS (international prostate symptom score), VAS (visual analogic scale) and QOL (quality of life). To assess the pain feeling, the patients were divided into 3 groups by varied methods of anesthesia, including local anesthesia, balance anesthesia and general anesthesia. Results Insertion or removal of ureteral stents with local anesthesia provoked pain in 11 of 12 (91%) patients and 8 of 10 (80%) patients in balance anesthesia group. But 38 patients of general anesthesia group did not feel any pain when inserting stents. In 54 of 60 (90%) patients, the indwelling catheter provoked one or several urinary symptoms: nocturia (70%), frequency (65%), urgency (60%), tenesmus (58%), dysuria (52%), hematuria (35 % ) and incontinence (30 %). 75 % of the patients experienced pain, in the flank and lower abdomen. 29 (48 %) patients were found to be unsatisfied with their quality of life due to the indwelling stent. Among them, 18 (62%) patients demonstrated that the provoked overactive bladder symptoms were the main influence factor of QOL, compared with 5(17 %) patients complaining pain feeling. Conclusions Urinary symptoms and pain associated with indwelling double J ureteral stents could interfere the daily activities and 50 % of patients were found reduced quality of life. Overactive bladder symptoms were the main influence of QOL during the time of indwelling stent.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To study and evaluate the efficacy and safety of homemade sterilized powder for injection of rifampicin(weifunin) in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis(PT) and to compared with same import preparation . METHODS:Divide the 121 of bacteriological positive PT patients in the proportion of 1 to 1 with computer automatically into the trial group and the control group used with homemade rifampicin (weifuxin) and import rifampicin(nifu)respectively, the others regimens was same in 2 groups,to evaluate the sputum culture negative conversion rates,X-ray results and adverse drug event etc.after treatment 1 and 2 months . RESULTS: 116 cases were finished ,at the end of 2 month the sputum smear negative conversion rates were 86.21 % and 91.38% (X2=0.780,P=0.377), the sputum culture negative conversion rates were 91.38% and 93.10%(X2=0.120,P=0.729)in the trial group and the control group respectively .The X-ray remarkable effective rates of 2 groups were 82.76% amd 70.69%(X2=2.365,P=0.124)respectively, and the effective rates of the 2 groups were both be 96.55% .The adverse drug event rates were 8.20% and 11.67% respectively, there was on sighificant difference in each indexes .CONCLUSIONS:2 preparation were similar in efficacy ,safety and tolerance.
