Advanced abdominal pregnancy- a diagnostic and management dilemma

Advanced abdominal pregnancy is a complex condition demanding challenging management. High index of suspicion may reduce the diagnostic error. Management varies from patient to patient. Expectant management is a feasible option in a well-equipped tertiary care hospital in case of alive viable fetuses.
