RESUMEN
The authors report a case of tibial tuberosity fracture in an adult male in whom ACL reconstruction had been performed four months later. There was no direct trauma, and symptoms started after a violent contraction of lhe quadriceps muscle during a falI. The fragment was fixed surgically and the patient recovered full function and range of motion. The graft was not compromised by this fracture and his knee keep stable as it uses to be
