RESUMEN

It takes a long time to repair the social damage caused by a major epidemic, which is both a rebuilding of social order and a long process of social psychology. How to reproduce the collective memory of major epidemic events through narration, start from the reality of the epidemic narrative to the should and finally back to practice, and use epidemic narrative as an educational means and carrier in ideological and political education, it will be a beneficial attempt to realize the unification of knowledge and practice in college students’ ideological and political education in the post-epidemic period. To integrate the epidemic narrative into the ideological and political education of college students, it is necessary to adhere to the mainstream ideological direction of the narrative, unblock the narrative channel, reasonably choose the narrative method and optimize the narrative content, adhere to student-oriented, and give full play to the educational function of students’ individual narration.

RESUMEN

In major public health incident emergencies, the cultivation of medicine students’ dedication is the need of the times to ensure the predecessors of health cause successors, the value highlights of people-centred, and the main demand to help the growth and development of medical students. The cultivation of medical students’ dedication in major public health emergencies is confronted with the impact of diverse social ideologies, the deconstruction of the network and the fragmentation of the cultivation, etc. On the choice of specific countermeasures, it is necessary to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs to enhance the initiative of the times, make good use of the practical carrier to improve the effectiveness, firmly establish the classroom position to reinforce the pertinence, incorporate the main force of family and society to enhance cooperation, and practice the community of mankind common health to highlight universality.

RESUMEN

Objective:Both antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARBs) and antibiotic resistant genes (ARGs) are considered as one of the most dangerous environmental pollutants in the 21st century by the WHO. This study aims to understand the ARGs of Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) with multiple drug resistance bacterium from the marine water collected from a beach at Sanya Bay, and to explore the antibiotic resistance mechanism of the K. pneumoniae, providing a basis for exploring the transfer of drug resistance genes of beach, and preventing and controlling the health risk of entertainment population. Methods:The sample of marine water were collected and screened by Mcconkey plate. The drug sensitive test was detected by Merieux VITEK2, The DNA was extracted and one strain of 16srDNA was sequenced and identified as K. pneumoniae. Whole-genome resequencing was performed using Illumina HiseqXten platform, and the obtained sequences were compared with NCBI blasting. The reference bacterium were multi-resistant K. pneumoniae HS11286. Plasmids were extracted and the resistant genes were identified. Results:The ARGs encoding protein was 117/4801 (identity > 40%) and the carrying rate was 2.436 9%. The identity of following ARGs of OKPB, sul1, rpoB, ef-tu, phoP, sul2, AAC(6’)-ib-cr, QnrB, floR, aadA16 were more than 99%. The strain showed resistance to ampicillin, ticacillin/clavulanic acid and chloramphenicol, and was intermediate to ampicillin/sulbactam, compound sulfamethoxazole, ciprofloxacin, minocycline. Preliminary positioning showed that Qnrs, sul1, tetA, cat, QacE were carried on plasmid. Conclusion:The multiple drug resistant bacteria strain has a variety of different resistant phenotypes, some ARGs can be easily spread by plasmid. It probably will bring exposure risk to people for entertainment. Sensibility of some antibiotics were on the brink of resistance, It is necessary to tracking corresponding antibiotics pollution and strengthening monitoring of ARBs and mobile resistant elements of bacteria.

RESUMEN

To investigate the effect of menopause on chemokine receptor CXCR2 expression on monocyte, 21 postmenopausal and 20 premenopausal women were enrolled in the present study. Fasting venous blood was collected, and plasma estrogen levels were determined with radio immunoassay. Monocytes were separated from peripheral blood with gelatin method. Protein expression of chemokine receptor was assayed with flow cytometry and mRNA concentration was measured with RT PCR. The results showed that the levels of plasma estrogen decreased, whereas protein and mRNA expression of chemokine receptor CXCR2 increased after menopause. The plasma estrogen levels were negatively correlated with chemokine receptor CXCR2 expression in monocytes. These data suggested that the changes in CXCR2 on monocytes might contribute to,at least partially, the increased risk of developing coronary heart disease associated with estrogen secretory changes.
