RESUMEN

Objective: In order to better understand the influencing factors of vertical rural health services integration and put forward policy suggestions for its sustainable development. Methods: 288 residents were investigated through questionnaire survey in three sample areas of Jiangsu province in August 2015.Results: In this study, 4 common factors have been found, namely organizational management, incentive mechanism, policy and supporting measures, as well as information sharing and business communication. The overall scores given by health managers, doctors and nurses, and public healthcare professionals were 0.03, 0.04 and-0.02 respectively. Conclusions: Therefore, in order to succeed, it is very necessary to introduce targeted supporting policies, establish a mutual communication mechanism, and make an effective incentive mechanism.

RESUMEN

Endoplasmic reticulum is an important organelle in eu-karyotic cells.Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS)is usually triggered under cell hypoxia, carbohydrate undersupply or medi-cal treatment. Now,present studies show that ERS could activate several cell signal pathways and the UPR pathway is most widely researched. When UPR activates cell signal pathway,it can reg-ulate cancer drug resistance by involving with DNA damage re-pair,apoptotic suppression and autophagy.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the use of alginate three-dimensional culture system for mandibular condylar chondrocytes culture in vitro from human osteoarthritic temporomandibular joint.

METHODSThe cultured mandibular condylar chondrocytes from the operatively removed cartilage from a patient with osteoarthritic temporomandibular joint were harvested by mechanical dissection and enzyme digestion. Partial chondrocytes were suspended in the aqueous sodium alginate beads with high seeding density and cultured for 4 weeks, while the others were cultured in monolayer culture condition for 1 week. Thereafter, the alginate beads were embedded in paraffin and sectioned, then studied immunologically with type II collagen antibody and aggrecan antibody, same studies were adopted for the monolayer cultures.

RESULTSThe monolayer cultures were confirmed as chondrocytes. The chondrocytes cultured in the alginate medium showed well. These cells exhibited the excellent differentiated phenotype after 4 weeks culture in alginate gel.

CONCLUSIONSThe condylar chondrocytes from human osteoarthritic temporomandibular joint were successfully cultured in vitro. The alginate three-dimensional culture system was successfully adopted for in vitro culture of condylar chondrocytes from human osteoarthritic temporomandibular joint, in which the chondrocytes exhibited the excellent differentiated phenotype.

RESUMEN

Objective:To study the expression and significance of apoptosis-related gene tfar19 in normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:The expression of TFAR19 was observed in 17 cases of oral normal mucosa, 60 of oral leukoplakia and 30 of oral squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemical stain.Results:①Positive expression of TFAR19 was observed in 88.2% of the cases of oral normal mucosa, 63.3% of oral leukoplakia, and 30% of oral squamous cell carcinoma. There was statistical difference between each two groups (P
