Male factors in infertile couples of upper Egypt

A total number of 250 cases of infertile couples were recruited and studied at the Infertility Clinic in El-Menia University Hospital. Male factors only were found in 16% of cases [40 cases], female factors were responsible [74 couples] and 17.6% of cases was diagnosed as unexplained infertility.
