RESUMEN
This work presents the management of 85 cases or resistant corneal ulcers. The diagnosis was made on pure clinical grounds, due to the inavailability of laboratory tools. Different types of conjunctival flaps were done for 39 cases of corneal ulcers resistant to various lines of medical treatment. The advantages and disadvantages of conjunctival flaps were discussed
