Brucellosis with kidney failure

Brucellosis is a multisystem disease that may present with a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations. The most frequent symptoms are constitutional symptoms. While involvement of the bones, joints, and liver is not rare, brucellosis may rarely involve the kidney.
