RESUMEN
La problemática actual existente en el personal de enfermería de los Hospitales de la Provincia de La Rioja es que No realizan Educación Continua en Servicio. Tal situación se ve enfrentada por diversos factores que participan en esta problemática. Es por ello importante determinar fehacientemente cuáles son esos factores para poder establecer y analizar dicha situación, con la finalidad de encontrar la estrategia adecuada para que todos los enfermeros puedan llevar a cabo esta capacitación. Dada tal situación es que se considera buscar la manera de implementar con una estrategia que satisfaga las necesidades de los enfermeros y logren no solo transferiri los conocimeintos ya adquiridos sino enfatizar en la capacitación permanente en servicio, un programa de actualización de conocimeintos y/o capacitación continua en Servicio.
SUMMARY: The current problems existing in the nursing staff of the Hospitals of the Province of La Rioja is not engaged in Continuing Education Service. This situation is faced by several factors involved in this problem. It is therefore important to determine conclusively what these factors in order to identify and analyze the situation, in order to find the right strategy for all nurses to carry out this training. Given this situation it is considered aut a way to implement a strategy that meets the needs of nurses and achieve not only transfer the acquired skills but emphasize ongoing training in service, a retraing program and/or training continuous service. Given the importance of continuing education to improve nursing proactice will be conducted thes research to study the phenomenon of nursing staff involvement and try to explain the reasons preventig individuals to participate in continuing education activities in service.
