RESUMEN
El objetivo de este trabajo es dar cuenta de la intervención clínica realizada en una institución que aloja adolescentes en conflicto con la ley, las dificultades que presentaba la dirección y el equipo técnico para la realización de la tarea, los obstáculos en la relación entre los equipos y con los jóvenes con quienes trabajan. Nos orientamos por la propuesta temporal de Lacan (1945) para pensar el trabajo bajo la lógica tripartita de instante de ver, tiempo de comprender y momento de concluir. La impotencia en el trabajo con los adolescentes producía como efecto desgano y repliegue al interior de cada equipo sin poder sostener acciones conjuntas. Por lo tanto, las acciones se veían restringidas al control disciplinar, desligado de la vocación inicial referida al objetivo socio-educativo con el que habían ingresado a la institución. Se anuda así en los síntomas de los equipos la relación con el objetivo institucional y con el objeto con el que trabaja. Sostener un espacio para subjetivar el malestar en los equipos relanza la vocación necesaria para trabajar en ámbitos colectivos. La recuperación del deseo en los sujetos tiene efectos en los objetivos institucionales y en el producto que generan
The objective of this paper is to account for the clinical intervention carried out in an institution that houses adolescents in conflict with the law, the difficulties presented by the management and the technical team to carry out the task, the obstacles in the relationship between the teams and with the young people with whom they work. We are guided by the temporary proposal of Lacan (1945) to think the work under the tripartite logic of instant of seeing, time to understand and moment to conclude.The impotence in working with adolescents produced as a reluctant effect and retreat into each team without being able to sustain joint actions. Therefore, the actions were restricted to disciplinary control, detached from the initial vocation referred to the socio-educational objective with which they had entered the institution. The relationship with the institutional objective and with the object with which it works is tied in the symptoms of the teams. Sustaining a space to subjectize the discomfort in the teams relaunches the necessary vocation to work in collective areas. The recovery of desire in subjects has effects on the institutional objectives and the product they generate
