Direitos sociais: direitos humanos a serem universalizados / Social rights: universalizing human rights

O presente trabalho discorre sobre o tema direitos humanos e, particularmente, sobre os direitos sociais, que ganham concretude por meio das políticas públicas. Problematiza e levanta questões sobre a efetivação (ou não) dos direitos sociais e discute aspectos psicossociais que afetam os indivíduos e a sociedade, na medida em que a conquista formal dos direitos sociais não implica em implementação prática desses direitos para determinados grupos sociais. O Estado - democrático e de direito - existe formalmente mas, de fato, grande parte da população vive sob a condição de nãocidadania, participando de um contrato social excludente, em um não-Estado de direito.

This paper discourses about human rights and especially about the social rights that are becoming more concrete through the public policies. It addresses problems and raises questions about whether to bring into the effect (or not) social rights and discusses psychosocial aspects affecting both the individuals and the society, as long as formal achievement of social rights does not imply practical implementation of these rights for specific social groups. The Democratic government and the State of Law exist, but in fact a large part of the population does not enjoy full citizen rights, taking part in an excluding social contract, in a non State of Law.

A emergência da atividade criadora em vigotski: relação entre memória, imaginação e criatividade no processo de desenvolvimento infanto-juvenil / Vigotski and the emergence of creative activity: relationships between memory, imagination and creativity in child development

O presente artigo discute algumas das elaborações conceituais de Liev S. Vigotski, relativas ao desenvolvimento da criança e do adolescente no tocante a construção da memória, da imaginação e da criatividade. O objetivo e buscar compreender a formação e emergência da atividade criadora, no processo de desenvolvimento infanto-juvenil, e sua relarão com as demais funções e sistemas psicológicos.

In this article we discuss some of Liev S.Vigotski's concepts about the construction of memory, imagination and creativity during the development of children and adolescents. Our purpose is to understand how creative activity is formed and how it emerges during the process of development, as well as its relationships with the other psychological functions and systems.
