RESUMEN
Se realiza un breve análisis justificativo que lleva al perfeccionamiento del actual modelo de desarrollo profesional. Se toman en cuenta las experiencias acumuladas por el Sistema Nacional de Salud y se presenta una propuesta metodológica que consta de varios momentos, con el objetivo de continuar desarrollando este modelo. La propuesta ha sido elaborada sobre la base de diferentes experiencias aplicadas por esta institución en las cuales se han utilizado diferentes instrumentos construidos y aplicados a lo largo de los últimos años. A brief analysis that justifies the improvement of the present professional development model is presented. The previous accrued experience of the National Health Care System are considered and a methodological proposal made up of various phases is presented, with the objective of continuing the development of such model. The proposal has been prepared on the basis of experience applied by this institution in which a number of instruments built and applied throughout the last years has been used. There is an adjustment of the used instruments.
