Dans une approche socio-historique et à partir de nos propres expériences, cet article se propose de comprendre les enjeux relatifs à l'éthique procédurale en France et au Brésil. Les résultats de cette comparaison montrent la même tension disciplinaire entre sciences sociales et biomédicales. On observe une politique volontariste de régulation de la recherche avec des humains dans les deux pays mais qui en France, contrairement au Brésil, n'est pas encore géneralisée. L'éthique procédurale, caractérisée comme normative, protocolaire et standardisée uniformise la manière de penser les recherches. Confrontés à des logiques antagonistes, les chercheurs sont fortement tentés de contourner les procédures

The purpose of this article is to understand and compare the issues related to procedural ethics in France and Brazil, using a socio-historical approach and our experiences. The comparison shows the same disciplinary tension between social and biomedical sciences. In both countries we can see a deliberate policy to regulate the research ethically. In France, contrary to Brazil, the spread of procedural ethics is not completed yet. Procedural ethics characterized by a normative, formal dimension that standardizes the way of thinking, or rather the research. Faced with antagonistic logics, the researchers are strongly tempted to get round the procedures

Drug policy: what impact does it have on children and youth? / Políticas sobre drogas: qual o impacto para crianças e adolescentes?

This article reviews the national and international literature on drug policy, focusing on harm reduction strategies and their impact on the development of children and youth in Brazil. Without using statistical criteria, this paper develops an overview of the current context and discusses the trends in the literature through an exploratory analysis of production and a non-exhaustive bibliography. The results showed that state investment in public policies for the treatment and prevention of drug abuse is recent. O artigo traz uma revisão da literatura nacional e internacional referente às políticas sobre drogas, notadamente a propósito da estratégia de redução de danos, com o objetivo de situar, nesse contexto, as ações voltadas para o público infanto-juvenil em desenvolvimento no Brasil. Através de análise exploratória e não exaustiva da produção bibliográfica sobre o tema, e sem o emprego de critérios estatísticos, apresentamos um panorama da situação atual da discussão e principais tendências. Como resultados, identificamos que é muito recente o investimento do Estado em políticas públicas visando ao tratamento e prevenção do uso abusivo de drogas, especialmente quando se trata de crianças e adolescentes, e que a estratégia de redução de danos é ainda pouco conhecida e cercada por muita polêmica...

A produção bibliográfica brasileira recente sobre a assistência em saúde mental infanto-juvenil: levantamento exploratório / The recent brazilian bibliographical production about child and adolescent mental health assistance: exploratory Survey

Este artigo traz um levantamento exploratório acerca da atual produção bibliográfica brasileira concernente ao tema da saúde mental infanto-juvenil. A necessidade de sua elaboração se deve à realização da pesquisa “Construção e desconstrução de demandas: uma cartografia dos dispositivos de Saúde mental Infanto-Juvenil da cidade de Belo Horizonte”, em andamento desde 2009 e coordenada pelo Laboratório de Grupos, Instituições e Redes Sociais (L@gir-UFMG). Foram analisadas sistematicamente 14 publicações, escolhidas pelos pesquisadores por apresentarem contribuições pertinentes ao tema pesquisado. Por meio da análise foi possível elaborar categorias e identificar tendências quanto à forma de problematizar a saúde mental infanto-juvenil no Brasil.

This article shows an exploratory survey on the current Brazilian bibliographical production concerning the issue of child and adolescent mental health. The need for the elaboration of this study is due to the research "Construction and Deconstruction of demands: a cartography of Child and Adolescent Mental health devices in the city of Belo Horizonte", in progress since 2009 and coordinated by the Laboratory of Groups, Institutions, and Social Networks (L@gir-UFMG). Fourteen publications, selected by the researchers for presenting relevant contributions to the theme researched, were systematically analyzed. By means of the analysis it was possible to elaborate categories and to identify trends regarding the ways of structuring the problems of children and adolescents‟ mental health in Brazil.
