Estratégias de implantação da vigilância em saúde nos postos de revenda de combustíveis no município de Boa Vista, RR / Health surveillance deployment strategies in fuel retail stations in Boa Vista, Roraima

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo contribuir para a formulação de estratégias para a implantação da Vigilância da exposição ao combustível em Postos de Revenda em Boa Vista, RR. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, desenvolvida a partir de aplicação do instrumento de avaliação das condições de trabalho e entrevista a 15 frentistas, que atuavam diretamente no abastecimento ou descarregamento de combustíveis em 5 Postos de Revenda de Combustíveis- PRC de Boa Vista, RR. Os resultados desse estudo evidenciaram que a necessidade de fortalecimento da Vigilância em Saúde nos Postos de Revenda de Combustíveis, no município de Boa Vista/RR, principalmente considerando três pontos importantes a se destacar relacionados à: condições de saúde do trabalhador, condições de trabalho e impactos ambientais. Além da necessidade de que as ações de vigilância façam parte de uma construção coletiva, em que haja participação do trabalhador, do controle social, que sejam preparados profissionais de diferentes áreas, especialidades e instituições, para realização de vigilância em postos de combustíveis, ou seja, que se estabeleça a construção de Rede intra e intersetorial de Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador, a fim de que possa se modificar de forma expressiva melhorar os processos de trabalho, assim como as condições de saúde e ambiente...

This work seeks to contribute to the formulation of strategies for the deployment of surveillance concerning the exposure to fuel at Sale stations in Boa Vista / RR. This is a qualitative research, developed from the application of the instrument for assessing working conditions and the interview of 15 station clerks, who worked directly in supplying or discharging fuel in 5 Reseller Fuel stations-RFS Boa Vista, RR .The results highlighted the need for strengthening health surveillance in stations Sale of Fuels, in Boa Vista, RR, especially considering three important points to be highlighted related to: worker’s health, working conditions and environmental impacts.
