El autor expone la síntesis de una intervención realizada como psicólogo institucional. A partir de esa muestra, procura analizar la eficacia de dicha intervención tomando en cuenta una problemática específica y un conjunto restringido de participantes.

The author presents the synthesis of an intervention he accomplished as workpsychologist in an institution. Based on the sample he undertakes to analyze theefficacy of the intervention taking into account a specific issue and a reduced group of participants.
