RESUMEN
The issue of providing a comprehensive service package in the form of Reproductive Health has gained an increasing high priority, on public health agendas in recent years. In the prevailing climate of health sector reforms, policy makers are likely to be increasingly pressed to address the broader concept of Reproductive Health in the terms consolidated at the International Conference on Population Development, held in Cairo in September 1994. A thorough understanding of the jargon alongwith necessary political commitment and multisectoral support are essential for broadening the scope of services
