Objective To study the effects of using the nursing procedure in the teaching of thoracic nurses who have attended in an advanced studies. Methods Using the one to one method to teaching the thoracic nurses who have attended in an advanced studies.The concreted measures included testing,demonstration,explain and so on. Results The ability of nurses who have attended in an advanced studies were improved significantly both in the theory and in the clinical practices. Conclusion Using the nursing procedure in the teaching of thoracic nurses who have attended in an advanced studies can effective improve the effects of teaching,and then improve the ability of nurses both in the theory and in the clinical practices.
