RESUMEN

The epidemiology, diagnosis and prognosis of abdominal pregnancy are discussed based on four cases seen from 1992 to 2000. Surgery is obligatory and its difficulty is dominated by hemostasis during the extraction of the placenta which also limits the laparoscopic surgery treatment of early abdominal pregnancies. The abdominal pregnancy is of very bad fetal prognosis and at high risk for the pregnant woman

RESUMEN

although it is rare, the post-operative tetanus remains to be an eventuality that one should evoke in surgery. It can be seen after any kind of surgical Intervention, even the most benigns ones but with a clear predilection for digestive and gynecologic surgery. It seems likely that the contamination is endogenous coming from an unbalanced digestive flora with a contest favorising the eventuality of an anaerobes especially. The pronostic of this affectation is somber
