RESUMEN
Four cases of peripheral lymph node enlargement are presented. All cases proved to be non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, positive for Ki-1 [CD30] and negative for Leu Ml [CDI5] antigens. The diagnosis of Ki-1 [CD 30+] anaplastic large cell lymphoma was made, all cases showing the distinctive nodal histopathologic features, The morphologic of the lymph node as well as the immunologic markers are discussed

A case of massive osteolysis in a young man with complaints of chest pain and respiratory difficulty is presented. The patient was found to have destruction of several ribs and bilateral chylothorax. Massive osteolysis is discussed and relevant medical literature is reviewed

Renal tuberculosis was the cause of fever in a renal allograft recipient 6 months after transplantation. The allograft was the source of infection and only the transplanted kidney was involved. Tuberculosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of fever in immunosuppressed allograft recipients despite negative chest x-ray or skin test
