RESUMEN
O conceito de processo grupal é problematizado a partir de uma aproximação metodológica para a suavisualização sustentada teoricamente em autores identificados com uma perspectiva institucionalista. Foiinvestigada uma experiência de ensino realizada no curso de Psicologia da UFRGS cujo tema central é oestudo dos pequenos grupos a partir de uma perspectiva vivencial. Os procedimentos adotados consistiramna sistematização dos registros existentes e na realização de cinco encontros de discussão com os participantesdos grupos analisados. Utilizando-se do referencial da pesquisa-ação, busca-se compreender a partirdo conceito de processo grupal o cenário de uma atividade de ensino. Identificou-se que o processo grupal évisível na articulação de uma estrutura organizacional e uma instância de produção de subjetividade, quepode ser evidenciada a partir do conceito de implicação e da significação das situações vividas pelos participantesdo grupo.
The concept of group process is discussed from possible methodological approach to its visualizationsustained by authors identified with an institutional approach. It was investigated a learning experience inthe Psychology course of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, which the main theme is the study ofsmall groups and emphasizes the subjective aspects of the situations in class. The procedures adoptedincluded a systematization of the available registers and the realization of five discuss sessions with themembers of the analyzed groups. By using the concepts of action-research, this investigation aims tounderstand, through the concept of group process, the context of a learning activity. It was identified that thegroup process can be visualized in the articulation of an organizational structure and a subjectivityproduction, which can be seen through the concept of implication and the signification of the experiencedsituations by the members of the group.
