RESUMEN

Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Chinese medicinal materials in Yanyanling dispersible tablets. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to study the effects of three factors, including the ratio of liquid to materials, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction rate of Chinese medicinal materials and the comprehensive score of gallic acid content and total solid yield was used as the index. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of materials to liquid was 1∶10 (g·ml-1), the extraction time was one hour, and the extraction times was three. Conclusion: Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of gallic acid in Chinese medicinal materials in Yanyanling dispersible tablets is 0.058%, and the total solid yield is 21.4%.The optimal process is stable and feasible, which can provide reference for the production of Yanyanling dispersible tablets.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Tongmai pill. METHODS:TLC was used for the qualitative iden-tification of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis and Carthamus tinctorius. HPLC was used for the content determination of feru-lic acid. The column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid (17∶83,V/V) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 316 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μl.. RESULTS:The TLC of S. miltiorrhiza,A. sinensis and C. tinctorius showed clear spots and good separation. The linear range of ferulic acid was 8-80 μg/ml(r=0.999 8);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;recovery was 97.2%-99.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The standard can be used for the quality control of Tongmai pill.

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the changes ofcerebrovascular reserve (CVR) of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) by transcranial cerebral doppler (TCD) and to study its relation with stroke. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with OSAHS,admitted to our hospitals from July 2012 to January 2013 and diagnosed as having OSAHS,were chosen in our study;they were divided into mild OSAHS group (n=49),moderate OSAHS group (n=44) and severe OSAHS group (n=33) according to test results of polysomnography (PSG).Another 40 healthy controls were collected. The CVR of all subjects were evaluated by TCD merging with CO2 experiment and compared among different groups. All the subjects were accepted continued two-year follow-up and recorded the accidents of stroke. The morbidities of stroke were compared between different groups. Results As compared with those in the control group and mild OSAHS group, all of the contractile reserve, dilatation reserve and overall reserve descended in moderate OSAHS group and severe OSAHS group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).As compared with those in the moderate OSAHS group, all of the contractile reserve, dilatation reserve and overall reserve descended in severe OSAHS group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the two years of follow-up,the incidence of stroke in the severe OSAHS group (12.12%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (0%),mild OSAHS group (0%) and moderate OSAHS group (4.55%,P<0.05).Conclusion The heavier the condition of OSAHS,the more obviously descended the CVR;the stroke morbidity of severe OSAHS patients is increased significantly.

RESUMEN

In order to improve the efficacy of modified inferior method or middle method of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in the treatment of atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), the clinical data of 325 cases of AVNRT from March 1992 to Feb. 2000 being subjected to the treatment of RFCA were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that the successful rate was increased and recurrence was decreased year by year. In the recent 4 years the effective rate was up to 100 %. The complication of three grade of AVB occurred in 3 % and recurrent rate in 9.1 % before March 1996, but both of them were zero in the last 3 years. The time of RFCA procedure and X-ray exposure was significantly reduced. It was concluded that ablating more than 3 targets by modified inferior method or middle method with energy titrating and strict endpoint was the crux of obtaining satisfactory therapeutic effects and preventing recurrence.
