Uso de un preparado de placenta humana como hemostático en cirugía bucal de pacientes hipocoagulados / Human placenta pharmaceutical preparation as hemostatic in oral surgery in hypocoagulated patients

This was a study among 11 hypo-coagulated patients who had to be exposed to dental extraccions. The anticoagulant pharmacological treatment was not suspended because the risk in this kind of patients.The purpose of this article was to prove the efficacy of human placenta pharmaceutical preparation in hemostasia of surgical area. An appropiate clinical management added to proved to be efficient in the surgical treatment of the hypo-coagulated patients
