Teratoma of the ovary with feminizing function

A case of teratoma with feminizing function in a 4-year-old has been presented. There is a distinct rarity of this kind of tumor. Removal of the tumor from this patient showed complete clinical improvement although meticulous pathological study did not reveal the presence of granulosa cell elements in the said teratoma.
