RESUMEN

Objective To explore the relationship between personality traits and facial emotion rec?ognition. Methods By opening recruitment,268 health undergraduates were measured using Eysenck Per?sonality Questionnaire and JACFEE facial emotion recognition test. Correlation analysis was administrated be?tween different gender, personality dimensions and facial emotion recognition ability. Results Female had better emotion recognition ability than male((44.18±5.83) vs (41.88±6.79), t=-2.976, P=0.003). There were significant differences among recognition frequency of no?expression picture to other basic facial emo?tions(χ2=37.877, P=0.004) . There were correlative relations between personality dimensions and facial e?motion recognition. Among choleric temperament personality,P dimension had negative correlation with fear emotion( r=-0.223, P=0.028). N dimension had negative correlation with fear emotion( r=-0.253, P=0.013) . Among sanguineous temperament personality,E dimension had negative correlation with contempt e?motion( r=-0.258, P=0.027) ,and P dimension had positive correlation with contempt emotion( r=-0.239, P=0.042).Among melancholic temperament,E dimension had positive correlation with fear emotion( r=0.283, P=0.023) ,and P dimension had positive correlation with amazing emotion( r=0.299, P=0.016) . A?mong phlegmatic temperament, there was no any correlation between personality dimension and emotion recognization. Conclusion Female has better emotion recognition ability than male. There is cognitive tend?ency between personality character and emotion recognition.

RESUMEN

Objective With Pregnant women weight correction for serum marker Multiple of Median (MoM) of First trimester and second-trimester,integrated screen-ing for Down's syndrome (DS),can reduce the false positive rate. Methods The same pregnant woman were taken venous blood vessels with sterile vacuum during the first trimester (11-13 W(+ 6) d) and the second trimester (15-20 W(+ 6) d),Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP),serum free beta-human chorionic gonadotrophin (Free beta hCG) and pregnancyassociated protein-A (PAPP-A) of three kinds of serum marker screening indicators were assayed by Using Time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA).Screening for risk assessment software was used to calculate serum marker Multiple of Median,To assess the risks of 7 997 cases of local pregnant women DS,To construct the weight equation of local population using nonlinear weighted regression method,With maternal weight correction for serum marker Multiple of Median (MoM) of local pregnant women,Comparing the changes of screening index MoM before and after correction, chi square test to compare the detection rate and false positive rate. Results MoM values of three kinds of serum markers (al-pha-fetoprotein,free beta subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin,pregnan-cy-associated plasma protein A) decreased with the weight increasing,Screening index MoM after correction weight equation, the screening of false positives for crowd from 4.12% down to 3.86% (x2 =0.021,P > 0.05).Setting threshold (cut-off) at 1/270,and no change detection rates were 71.4% the local population before and after correction weight equation. Conclusion Maternal weight may affect the results of Down's syn-drome sereening. When screening proposal to set up,it is worth making weight cor-rections for serum maker multiple of median in order to get accurate risk calculation results.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the sensitivity of using NT,combined with serum biochemical markers (Free-βhCG,PAPP-A) for Down's Syndrome screening in early stage of pregnancy. Methods Collect pregnant women aged 17-45 years old voluntary antenatal screening in our hospital from March 2009to October 2010,a total of 11882 cases.Serum Free-βhCG and PAPP-A were measured NT value was determined by ultrasound at 11-13w+64 of gestation.Calculating combined screening (NT,Free-βhCG,PAPP-A),and serum integrated screening (Free-beta hCG,PAPP-A) risk, respectively, using the risk calculation software for the same person. Results Early pregnancy screening was performed in 11 882patients,18 had a fetus with Down's syndrome,a rate of 0.15%.The detection rates of Down's syndrome in combined screening and serum integrated screening were 83.3% and 72.2% respectively. The specificities were 98.4% and 97.3% and detection efficiency were 7.18%,3.90% respectively.Areas under the curve (AUCs) of fhst-trimester combined screening and serum integrated screening were 0.975 (95% CI:0.943,1.007),0.901 (95% CI:0.789,1.013) respectively. Conclusion In early stage of pregnancy, combined screening for Down's syndrome has higher sensitivity and specificity than serological screening, has higher detection rate in the same false-positive rate case, which can effectively reduce the pregnant women to receive invasive puncture.

RESUMEN

Objective To find out the brain function characters of visual information integration and visual working memory with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) children. Methods 1∶ 1 case-control study was used on the study. 45 ADHD children who met DSM-IV criteria were recruited as case group,45 normal children from primary school were chosen as control group. Two groups children received the test of contour-integration,positional noise, temporal order memory, pattern memory. Results The ADHD double eyes' contour integration ( ( 1.62 ± 0. 81 ), ( 1.69 ± 0.87 ) ) were significantly lower than the control group' ( (2.02 ± 1.10), ( 1.98 ±0.81 )). There was no significant difference of double eyes' positional noise between case group( (1.98 ±0.89 ), ( 2.20 ± 1.10 ) ) and the control group ( ( 2.20 ± 0. 97 ), ( 2.30 ± 0. 83 ) ). The temporal order memory, pattern memory ( ( 1.89 ± 1.30), ( 1.18 ± 0.44) ) showed significantly lower in case group(P< 0.05 ) than that in control group ( ( 2.98 ± 1.25 ), ( 1. 44 ± 0. 66) ). Conclusion Results indicate that children with ADHD have deficiency in visual perception and the ability of visual information integration, and have significantly deficiency in visual working memory and executive-function.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the EEG characteristics and the correlation between EEG characteristics and visual attention function in attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 1:1 case-control study wag applied(37 ADHD children were compared with 37 healthy control groups).Participants aged from 6 to 14 years were involved in this study. All children were tested EEG characteristics and visual function, including the frequency, amplitude, relative power and counting missing features test. And the correlation was analyzed between relative power and visual function. Results The θ amplitude((20.48±14.99μV)in ADHD wag significantly higher than that in the control group((12.37±8.06)μV),(P<0.05);the β frequency((16.63±1.72)Hz) in ADHD was significantly lower than that in the control group((16.63±1.72)Hz,P<0.05);the relative power of β in ADHD(5.24±1.24)was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.30±1.19),(P<0.05);the θ/β ratio in ADHD(4.22±1.26)was significantly higher than that in the control group(3.41±0.52)(P<0.05);the double eyes'counting missing features mark(56.76±19.16),(49.73±23.39) in ADHD were significantly lower than that in the control group(72.43 ±17.23),(71.35±16.69).There wag significant negative correlation between the θ relative power and double eyes'counting missing features(r=-0.448 and-0.361);the θ/β ratio had significantly negative correlation with the fight eye's counting missing features(r=-0.352).Conclusion Compare to the normal control group, the ADHD group shows significant difference in EEG characteristics and visual attention function. The change of EEG power characteristics hag a significant affect on the allocation of attention.
