PCR detection and histopathology of wsbv infected penaeus monodon [Fab]

This paper describes the detection of virus by using polymerase chain reaction and histopathological changes occurred in WSBV infected post larvae of Penaeus monodon. The affected shrimp showed red coloured body exhibiting type II outbreak. In histopathology, hypertrophied nuclei and eosinophilic inclusions were observed
