Corrimento vaginal recorrente na infância: associaçäo com malformaçäo urogenital / Recurrent vaginal discharge: association with urogenital malformation

The authors present a case of a four years old complainning recurrent vaginal discharge, resistant to classic formas of treatment. The prodpedeutic aproach revealled a rara syndrom eith double uterus associarted with hemivagina in blind fundus and atresic ipsilateral Kidney. The vaginal septus was surgically removed as well as the atresic kedney. The patietn had a good clinical evolution with the complete disapearance of the vaginal discharge
