RESUMEN

In recent years, bacterial antibiotic resistance is becoming a huge threaten for human health. It′s getting even more serious after biofilm formation. In addition to physical and chemical factors such as barrier function and microenvironmental changes, the regulation of some genes in biofilm also specifically improves the level of antibiotic resistance. There might be a common regulatory mechanism between antibiotic resistance and the ability of biofilm formation. Type Ⅰ clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) system can affect the acquisition and spread of antibiotic resistance. The effect varies with species, evolution process and environmental pressure. Recently, it has been reported that type Ⅰ CRISPR system could not only regulate biofilm formation, but could also participate in the interaction between bacteriophages and biofilm. It might become a breakthrough point in the study of phage therapy. This article reviews the situation of antibiotic resistance in recent years, the new progress of biofilm-specific antibiotic resistance, and the effects of type Ⅰ CRISPR system on biofilm formation and antibiotic resistance, so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of bacterial infection.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the influence of remote care management on the diet compliance and disease recurrence of patients with pancreatitis. Methods Seventy-four simple pancreatitis patients in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were involved and numbered according to the administration order and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table with 37 cases in each group. The two groups accepted conventional health education during hospitalization time. The control group was given intensive classes after discharge, while the observation group received remote care management. Twelve months later, the rate of disease recurrence and diet compliance of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the management, the observation group was superior to the control group in diet compliance. The rate of disease recurrence was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The remote care management can effectively improve the diet compliance of pancreatic patients, lower the recurrence rate, and have positive effect on prognosis.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the relationship between suspected ankylosing spondylitis and HLA‐B27 antigen by detec‐ting the positive frequency of HLA‐B27antigen in 872 suspected AS patients ,and evaluate its clinical significance .Methods The positive frequency of HLA‐B27 on the T lymphocyte membrane were detected by flow eytometer in 872 suspected AS patients .Re‐sults Among the 872 suspected AS patients the ratio between male and female was 1 .8∶1 ,the positive rate of antigen HLA‐B27 was 27 .29% ,and the male and female patients′positive rates of HLA‐B27 antigen were 32 .50% and 17 .95% ,respectively (P<0 .05) .The male and female patients′ expression percentage of B27+ /B7- monoclonal antibody were 39 .16 ± 42 .79 and 20 .96 ± 33 .86 ,respectively(P<0 .05) .The male and female patients′mean fluorescence intension of B27+ /B7- monoclonal antibody were 5 .35 ± 5 .44 and 3 .35 ± 3 .87 ,respectively(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The patients with AS are strongly associated with HLA‐B27 an‐tigen .Detection of HLA‐B27 antigen expression intensity in suspected AS patients with FCM is helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AS .

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),prealbumin(PA)and white blood cell (WBC)count measurements in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods The serum samples of 34 patients with severe pneumonia,68 non-severe pneumonia patients and 40 healthy volunteers were collected.Serum concentrations of PCT,CRP, PA and WBC count of all samples were determined. Results The levels of PCT,CRP,PA and WBC in patients with severe pneu-monia were (24.07±34.77)ng/mL,(98.75 ±69.63)mg/L,(105.65 ±68.88)mg/L,(12.64±7.62)×109/L,which were signifi-cantly higher than those in non-severe pneumonia patients and healthy group(P <0.05).According to ROC analysis, the sensitivity, specificity and Youden index of PCT were 64.7%,77.9%,0.426.Conclusion The level of serum PCT could be used as good bio-marker for severe pneumonia.Detection of PCT,CRP and WBC together plays an important role in the diagnosis of severe pneumo-nia.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate clinical features and drug resistance of neonate septicemia caused by Streptococcus agalac-tiae in the hospital and to provide clinical guidance for treatment. Methods 42 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates in the hospital were identified and their department distribution as well as drug susceptibility was determined by using automatic VITEK-2 system and criteria released by CLSI in 2012.Results The number of cases in preterm neonatal intensive care unit,full-term neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit and extremely preterm neonatal intensive care unit were 3,26,7 and 6,respectively.The drug resistance rates of the isolated Streptococcus agalactiae to ampicillin,erythromycin,clindamycin,quinupristin/dalfopristin,linezolid, penicillin, tetracycline, tigecycline, vancomycin and levofloxacin were 0.0%,69.0%,71.4%,0.0%,0.0%,0.0%,74.4%,0.0%, 0.0% and 38.1%,respectively.Conclusion The antimicrobial resistance rates of Streptococcus agalactiae which caused neonatal septicemia in our hospital are relatively high.Ampicillin and penicillin are recomended in treatment for neonate septicemia caused by Streptococcus agalactiae .

RESUMEN

The rate of stroke has been rising year by year and become the world's major cause of mortality and disability. The high rate of disability did not only bring economical burden to society and family, but also induce psychological damage to patients. Post-stroke depression (PSD) is a most common mental complications of stroke. In recent years, More and more attentions have been paid to PSD. This article reviewed the cause and mechanism of PSD and the treatment with Chaihu Shugan Powder on it.
