RESUMEN

Objective To observe the application effect of nursing intervention in the risk management of emergency department, and provide theoretical basis for subsequent work. Methods From January to December,2010,nursing intervention concepts were introduced to risk management in the emergency department and relevant work was carried out,1268 patients were admitted during this period.754 patients before nursing intervention from January to December,2009 were selected. The results were analyzed and compared before and after nursing intervention was implemented. Results The satisfaction degree after nursing intervention was 98.00%,significantly higher than 80.00% before the nursing intervention. The nursing error or fault was 1 case after nursing intervention, and was 10 cases before the nursing intervention. The annual theoretical examination score was (76.48 + 12.14) and (86.44 + 10.43) before and after nursing intervention, the difference was statistically significant.Condusions The application of nursing intervention in the risk management of the emergency department can improve patients' satisfaction degree, reduce the nursing error and negligence, improve the ability of nursing staff,so it has certain application value.

RESUMEN

Objectives This paper is focused on the investigation of effects of inhomogeneous head tissues and anisotropic skull as well as white matter conductivity distribution on magnetic and electric field distribution of electric impedance tomography (EIT) and magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography (MREIT) based on the five-layer FEM head modeling. Methods Four different characteristics head models were set:homogeneous distribution, inhomogeneous distribution, anisotropic skull and white matter distribution.Electric and magnetic field distribution were obtained by the performance of numeric solving of the forward problem, and the effects of inhomogeneous conductivity and anisotropic conductivity on the distribution were studied by applying the quantitative statistical analysis. Results The present results showed that inhomogeneous and anisotropic characteristics can significantly alter the electric field and current density distributions then the magnetic field distribution induced in the brain. Conclusion The conclusion provides theoretical basis for the application of MREIT in the reconstruction of inhomogeneous and anisotropic conductivity of head tissues.

RESUMEN

This paper is focused on head modeling using the sophisticated realistic finite element method (FEM) with five-layer tissues based on segmented data. First, the location of every pixel of the FEM head model was fixed on according to the registration method based on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computer tomography (CT) images. Then the location information was rebuilt with the hexahedron pattern in the ANSYS FEM software. Finally, the forward problem numerical computation was performed on this FEM head model. The simulation results verified the rationality and reliability of the model applied on the electroencephalograph (EEG)/magnetoencephalograph (MEG) study. The hexahedron meshing realistic head model combined with the MRI scanner information has potential in the future research of EEG/MEG.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore a proper method of treating and nursing glaucoma patients,Which may protect the patients’ visual function. Methods 173 patients with glaucoma were synthesized assessed according to the different glaucoma types ,developing Phases and patient compliance ,Every patient received proper psychological nursing , observation and for patients that have postoperative adverse effect special nursing was given. Results All the patients are in a stable situation with controlled intraocular pressure. The effect of therapy is satisfied without any serous complication or adverse reaction. Conclusion Series treatment and effective nursing decrease the incidence of adverse reaction of glaucoma and improve the treatment effect.
