RESUMEN

Portal vein thrombosis (PVT) is one of the common complications during the natural course of liver cirrhosis and has an important influence on the progression of liver cirrhosis. This article mainly summarizes the research advances in the risk factors for PVT. There are many risk factors for PVT, and Virchow’s triad, namely venous stasis, hypercoagulability, and vascular endothelial injury and systemic inflammation caused by surgery or trauma, are considered the main reasons for the development and progression of PVT. At present, more prospective studies are still needed to validate the predictive models for the risk of PVT that have certain application prospects in clinical practice. Cirrhotic patients with PVT tend to have a poor prognosis, and complete obstructive PVT is associated with increased mortality after liver transplantation. Recent studies have shown that prophylactic anticoagulant therapy is safe and effective in patients with liver cirrhosis and can thus help with the prevention and treatment of PVT.

RESUMEN

Objective:To sinicize the Gerontological nursing competence (GeroNursingCom) scale and test its reliability and validity. Methods:This was a cross sectional investigation. The Brislin translation model was used for normal translation and back-translation, cultural adjustment and pre-investigation. The Chinese version of the GeroNursingCom scale was formed according to expert comments. From September to October 2021, a questionnaire survey was conducted by convenient sampling method on 312 nursing undergraduates from 3 undergraduate medical schools in Kunming to test its reliability and validity. Results:The Chinese version of the GeroNursingCom scale included 11 dimensions and a total of 50 items. The overall Cronbach′s α coefficient of the scale was 0.909, the Cronbach′s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.625-0.912, the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.768, and the test-retest reliability was 0.845. The scale-level content validity value was 0.930, and the item-level content validity value was 0.830-1.000. Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 11 common factors with eigenvalues>1, and the common interpretation of the results was 68.374%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of GeroNursingCom scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to evaluate nursing interns' geriatric nursing ability.

RESUMEN

Background and Purpose: With the rapid development of minimally invasive technique, robotic surgery is widely used in the gynecological surgery. This study aimed to compare the clinical data of roboticassisted laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of early ovarian cancer. Methods: A total of 22 patients with early ovarian cancer receiving stage Ⅰ operation between Jan. 2015 and Dec. 2016 in Jilin Province Tumor Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 8 patients received robotic-assisted surgery (robotic-assisted laparoscopic group), 14 patients received laparotomy (laparotomy group). Results: All patients underwent successful operation without changing surgical approach. The operation time in robotic-assisted laparoscopic group was longer than that in laparotomy group [(194.50±10.90) min vs (178.71±10.58) min, P<0.05]. Blood loss volume [(60.10±8.88) mL vs (73.71±12.99) mL], 24 hours postoperative drainage volumes of robotic-assisted laparoscopic group were less than those in laparotomy group [(96.88±10.21) mL vs (108.00±11.43) mL, P<0.05]. Others had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of early ovarian cancer, there is no difference between robotic-assisted laparoscopic operation and laparotomy. Robotic-assisted laparoscopic operation is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
