During the treatment, he was accompanied by intermittent fever (39 to 40 ℃) of unknown origin for 60 days and gastrointestinal bleeding, with difficult wound repair. RESUMEN

Objective To analyze the contrast agent back flow, balloon ejection and pain which appeared during the examination process, and define the advantages and disadvantages of different rates of high pressure injector to take hysterosalpingography (HSG) examination. Methods 229 patients who took HSG examination in our department were divided into two groups randomly. The rate of conventional group was 0.3 mL/s,and low rate group was 0.15 mL/s.The contrast agent back flow, balloon ejection and pain which appeared on the examined patients of two groups were recorded.T test was adopted to compare the age difference of two groups.χ2 test was used to compare the differences of diagnosis results, contrast agent back flow and balloon ej ection of two groups.Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the pain difference of two groups. Results Two groups had no significant differences on age, diagnosis results and contract agent back flow (t=1.237,χ2=0.004,χ2=1.521,P>0.05).Balloon ejection of two groups had significant difference(χ2=17.319,P<0.05).The appeared pain of two groups had significant difference (U=-2.337,P<0.05).Conclusion Using high pressure injector to inject contrast agent with low flow rate is better for HSG.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.MethodsRetrospective analysis was used to analysis the clinical data of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016,according to the treatment methods, which were divided into levofloxacin treatment group and zhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment group. After 4 weeks treatment, the symptom scores, lung function, inflammatory cytokine levels and side effects of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.ResultsThe symptom score of the two groups of patients before treatment had no difference, after treatment, the cough, expectoration and lung auscultation score of combined treatment group were lower than levofloxacin group (t=9.039, 3.574, 7.962, P<0.001);There was no difference between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MMEF, PEF and FVC in the combined treatment group were higher than that in the levofloxacin group; There was no difference in serum inflammatory cytokine levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of IL-8, hs-CRP and TNF-in the combined treatment group were lower than that in the levofloxacin group (t=25.301, 3.615, 5.733, P<0.001);After 4 weeks of treatment, the blood and urine test results showed that the two groups of patients were not out of liver and kidney dysfunction, with good safety.ConclusionZhisouhuatan capsule combined with levofloxacin on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis has good curative effect, can significantly improve symptoms and pulmonary function of patients, with clinical application value.

RESUMEN

Objective To systematically review the literature evaluating efficacy and adverse events of propranolol for infantile hemangiomas (IHs).Methods We searched the Cochrane,Medline,Wiley,CNKI and Wanfang Databases for all studies on the response of IHs to propranolol only which were published between June 2008 and May 2013.Results A total of 23 studies were collected, including 14 case reports and 2 follow-up studies which were without random and control;another 6 studies were clinical controlled trials and 1 study was RCT.Total 716 patients were included, and never received other treatments before propranolol.Propranolol was initiated at a mean age of (4.5 ± 0.5)months at a mean dose of 2.1 mg/kg/day and for a mean treatment duration of (9.7±9.2) months. The effective rate for patients with IHs treated with propranolol was 97% (691/716),and patients after treatment completion reported IHs recurred in 8.6 % of patients. The adverse effects rate was 31%(223/7167) which most common adverse events were changes in sleep (n=35),gastrointestinal reaction (n =52) and decreased heart rate (n =73),and 5 patients discontinued the treatment because of the serious adverse events. Conclusions This systematic review of 716 patients treated with propranolol for IHs show a high rate of efficacy and a low rate of serious adverse events, and it is a better treatment of infantile hemangioma, but we should pay more attention to the serious adverse events and strictly select indications.
