RESUMEN

We retrieved and analyzed the articles with the subject term words or key words of the "cupping spot" from January 1, 1990 to May 20, 2018. The negative pressure, cup-retaining time, temperature and the other factors about cupping spot were compared. There was a single stimulus for the negative pressure and cupping time. Pressure and time, pressure and temperature could be considered interactively, and the best group was on research. The color standard of canister spot diagnosis had not been unified, which could be analyzed from its color characteristic and color spectrum. At present, there is no agreement on the measurement of pressure and temperature, selection criteria of subjects, etc. The experimental researchmethods on the spot are becoming more and more diverse, with modern instruments for cupping spot on clinical efficacy and biological mechanism research.

RESUMEN

200 papers on nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated with Chinese medicine were retrieved and 38 papers with complete diagnostic criteria and medical statistics were included for study. The results showed acupuncture, massage, and herbal therapy were three common methods and have their own advantage, but systemic, standardized and normative treatment program was lack. In the meantime of treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis, prevention should also be paid attention. The treatment, prevention and exercise on the whole therapeutic idea should be established, which has far-reaching significance.

RESUMEN

0.05),which hint that the MSCs function was induced to cartilage in collagen synthesis,but MSCs collagen function level was lower than that of cartilage.[Conclusion]MSCs can be induced to cartilage-collagen function cell in low centrifuge stress combined with TGF-?.GDABM show good biocompatibility combined with MSCs and can provide a promising extracellular matrix scaffold for cell transplantation in cartilage tissue engineering.

RESUMEN

Twenty cDNA differential fragments were isolated from the hippocampus of rats in epileptic state using mRNA differential display technique. Four fragments were sequenced and compared with the known sequences in the Genebank, which showed that ERG8, ERG11, ERG12had no significant identity to any known sequences; ERG14 had 64%-69% identity to microtubulin-associated protein of the rat. Because the differential expression of these genes was caused by epilepsy inducer coriaria lactone (CL) and anti-epilepsy drug MK-801 and ERG8 might be a novel candidate epilepsy gene; ERG11 and ERG12 might be novel candidate anti-epilepsy genes.Since the microtubulin-associated protein is closely associated with the collateral sprouting of mossy fibers in the hippocampus of seizured rat, the high expression of ERG14 in the early stage of epilepsy might predict the growth of axon and formation of synapse.

RESUMEN

Objective To offer the theoretical evidence for clinical application,we observed the changes of angiographic appearances and local pathological changes before and after embolizing the left gastric artery with mitomycin C gelatin microspheres (MMC-MS).Methods Catheter was delivered into the left gastric arteries via femoral artery and then infused MMC-MS.The angiographic appearances and local pathological changes were observed immediately,and then with follow up of 6~8h,24h,72h,1w,2w and 4w. Results The minute arterioles of tunia mucosa and tela submucosa were mainly embolized inducing edema and focal necrosis.With the degradation of MMC-MS,the damage of gastric tissue was alleviated but turned normal after 4 weeks.The results of DSA showed that no recanalization of the embolized vessels occurred after one week of emboliatdion but revealed one recanalization after two weeks and two in four weeks.Conclusions The damage of tissue induced by embolizing the left gastric artery with MMC-MS can be recovered.The application of the MMC-MS is feasible.

RESUMEN

Objective To study the effect of thrombolysis of inta-arterial infusion of different concentrations of urokinase(UK) in dogs. Methods 25 healthy crossbreeding dogs were divided into five groups, with five dogs in each group. Every dog was injected with self-thrombus from carotis interna artery to embolize its distal part or branchers. Treatment with different concentrations of UK was initiated 2 hours after setting up the model of cerebral embolism by carotis interna artery. The dose of each group was: A(control group), 0.9% physiological sodium chloride solution; B,1 200U/ml UK; C,6 000U/mlUK; D, 12 000U/mlUK; E, 60 000U/mlUK. Angiography and CT scannings were performed before and after thrombolysis. Pathologic examination was performed 24 hours after embolism. Results The rate of recanalization of groups A,B were 0 but 100% for groups C,D and E, Judged by angiographies after thrombolysis, group C,D and E had significantly better reperfusion compared with group A,B(P

RESUMEN

In order to acheive the superseledive tumor feading hepatic segmental arterial targat embolization, the coaxial catheter method has been used for 36 cases of hepatic carcinoma. After the treatment, the diminution in tumor size over 50% was noted in 24 cases, between 25~50% 8 cases, lower than 25% 4 cases; with the reductions of serum AFP value to normal in 3 eases, between 20%~50% 17 cases, less than 20% 4 cases. (The technique of superselective catheterization and the therapeutic effects of hepatic segmental arterial embolization has been discussed). In conclusion, the authors surggeted that the segmental arterial embolization could improve the therapeutic efficacies for the hepatic carcinomas, and also pocess a bias for an extensive clinical application.
