RESUMEN

Geriatric depression in the elderly is becoming one of the most common psychiatric disorders affecting older people's mental and physical health. However, there is currently no systematic review on animal models for geriatric depression. Therefore, this paper analyzes and summarizes the animal models commonly used in geriatric depression studies and the application of antidepressants in geriatric depression models based on relevant national and international literature of recent years, aiming to provide insights on research approaches and considerations on study methods for geriatric depression.

RESUMEN

Objective To revise looming maladaptive style questionnaire(LMSQ-R) and examine its reliability and validity. Methods 284 undergraduates were measured preparedly with LMSQ-R,281 university students participated in a retest, using LMSQ-R,fear of negative evaluation scale (FNE),Beck anxiety inventory (BAI),Beck depression inventory (BDI).Results ①The item distinguish analysis was acceptable.②Reliability analysis confirmed that Cronbach α coefficient of LMSQ-R was 0.736,Cronbach α coefficient of the two subscales were 0.593 and 0.636.The test-retest reliability of LMSQ-R ranged from 0.564 to 0.700.③Confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the first order six factor-second order two factor model was perfect according to the evaluation criteria. The correlation coefficient between the two subscales was 0.527,the correlation coefficients among the two subscales and the total score ranged from 0.872 to 0.875.The correlation coefficients among the LMSQ-R and FNE,BAI,BDI ranged from 0.872 to 0.875,the results had statistical significance. Conclusion The revised LMSQ-R shows the satisfactory reliability and validity in university students. It can be used as a useful testing tool of LCS in psychological research.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate status about the heart rate variability and executive function in patients with insomnia. Methods The study involves 165 cases of patients with insomnia and 92 cases normal. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) screening for insomnia,Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) for the assessment of executive function and Self-generate Physiological Coherence System (SPCS) were used to collect the data of heart rate variability (HRV).Results The SDNN,RMSSD,TP,LF,HF of HRV of the insomnia group were significantly higher than these factors of control group (t=2.712,2.726,2.427,2.542,2.338,P<0.05 or P< 0.01).In the WCST,number of completed categories, conceptualization percentage of the group of patients with insomnia were significantly lower than the control group (t=-2.368,-2.165,all P<0.05),persistent errors, persistent error percentages, continuous number of responses of patients' group were significantly higher than the control group (t=2.712,2.991,2.690,all P<0.01).TP,LF,HF,LF/HF of HRV and the number of error responses, persistent errors, persistent error percentages, continuous number of responses of WCST had significant negative correlations (r=-0.171--0.245,P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the conceptualization percentage were significantly positively correlated (r=0.198-0.227,P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The results show that insomnia not only cause individual autonomic disorders, but damage the executive function of prefrontal.HRV and executive function in patients with insomnia have close relationships.
