RESUMEN

Objective:To analyze the categories, scoring methods and effects of dietary patterns in heart failure patients, systematically. Methods:The databases such as Medline, Embase, and Cochrane were searched to obtain articles on dietary patterns of heart failure patients up to December 31, 2019. Arksey and O′Malley's scoping review method was applied to analyze the articles. Results:A total of 1 500 studies were identified, 21 of them met the inclusion criteria. These studies mainly studied Mediterranean diet(11 articles), Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension Diet(7 articles), Palaeolithic diet(1 article), low fat diet(1 article), High-protein Diet(1 article). Conclusions:The Mediterranean and DASH dietary patterns have a positive protective effect on heart failure disease prevention and treatment, but more randomized controlled trials are needed to improve the reliability of the conclusions.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the Chinese culture oriented palliative care content for people with heart failure. Methods After a comprehensive literature review and expert interviews, two-round expert consultation was conducted to confirm the Chinese culture oriented palliative care content indicators for people with heart failure. Results A scientific literature review was performed and finally 102 articles were included.Totally 13 experts were interviewed and 525 meaning units were identified in the interviews. The Chinese culture oriented palliative care content for people with heart failure contained 4 first-grade indicators,10 second-grade indicators and 42 third-grade indicators. The expert′s enthusiasm of the two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%,the authoritative coefficient were 0.82 and 0.83, the coordination coefficient of Kendall′s W were 0.14 to 0.40 (P<0.01). Conclusions The Chinese culture oriented palliative care content for people with heart failure contributes to the development of new models for integrated heart failure care and palliative care which set with Chinese culture.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the quality of the chronic kidney information found on websites. Methods Three search engines were searched for relevant chronic kidney websites. The independent raters use HON code(The Health On Net Code of Conduct for medical and health Web sites, HON code) and DISCERN instrument to evaluate the chronic kidney websites in Chinese. Results A total of 18 websites were included into our study. The overall mean quality of HON code was 3.6±1.6.The overall mean quality of DISCERN instrument was 32.3 ± 10.8. In the research site, the number of sites built by nonprofits accounted for only 5.6%(1/18). Conclusions The information quality on chronic kidney found online was of poor. The main reason is health websites contain lots of advertisement, and it is rare that non-profit websites can provide medical information which is suitable for general public, the overall reliability is poor,Chinese health websites need to put efforts on developing the quality of health information.

RESUMEN

In recent years shared decision-making and patient autonomy have been regarded as biomedical goals as the basis for treatment recommendations. However, uncertainty on decision-making situations, patient capacity of decision-making,health work environment and nursing model, has brought great challenges for shared decision-making.This article explored philosophical status of harmony nursing theory in shared decision-making situation, and provided suggestions on encouraging patients' participation in shared decision-making.The analysis also concluded that the situation analysis could be used as a possible path for the test of harmony nursing theory.

RESUMEN

The chelating reaction between glutathione peptides and divalent cadmium ion was used as a typical model for investigating the coordination chemistry of SH-containing peptides and heavy metal ions, which was essential to understand the mechanism of intracellular cadmium detoxification. Here, the mutant (CM113R)7 αHL protein nanopore equipped with a first synthesized per-6-quaternary ammonium-β-cyclodextrin (p-QABCD) was used as nanoreactor and detector to investigate the single-molecule reaction of GSH molecules and Cd2+ ions.Different reaction pathways, intermediates, and products could be recognized.Cd2+-GSH reaction was highly dependent on the solution pH.The Cd(GSH)2 was formed at pH 7.4, while the Cd(GSH)2 and Cd2(GSH)2 were formed at pH 9.0.Cd2(GSH)2 was formed by two possible pathways: (1) A Cd2+ ion primarily coordinated with the thiol group of two GSH molecules to form Cd(GSH)2, and then the second Cd2+ ion quickly incorporated with the deprotonated amino group of Cd(GSH)2 to form Cd2(GSH)2;(2) Two Cd2+ ions separately coordinated with the thiol and deprotonated amino group of one GSH molecule to form Cd2(GSH)1, and the second GSH molecule quickly bounded to Cd2+ ions to form Cd2(GSH)2.This work studied the chelating reaction between metal ions and bioactive glutathione at single-molecule level without labeling and chemical modification, and would be important to further understand intracellular mechanisms of detoxification of heavy metals and greatly expand the research field of nanopore single-molecule technique.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the role of depression as a moderator of self-concept on self-care behaviors in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A sample of 160 in-patients with CHF were recruited from a cardiovascular hospital in Beijing.Data were collected by self-report questionnaires assessing self-care behaviors,self-concept and depression.Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) version 17.0 software was used to conduct the path analyses. Results Body sensation,self-consistency,self-ideal,moral-ethical-spiritual self and depression revealed direct effects on self-care behavior.Body sensation,self-ideal,moral-ethical-spiritual self affected self-care indirectly via depression. These paths' total coefficients were 0.09,0.15,0.31,0.09 and -0.26,respectively.Conclusion Self-care behaviors are directly affected by self-concept and depression.Depression has a greater moderating effect on these relationships. The findings provide a theoretical basis to direct the development of interventions for improving self-care in individuals with heart failure.

RESUMEN

Objective To adopt accurate and prompt nursing measures to prevent incidence of pressure through evaluation of risk factors of pressure ulcer during perioperation of thoracotomy, in order to increase nursing quality and life quality of patients. Methods The incidence of pressure ulcer in 100 patients after thoracotomy and its related risk factors were investigated by application of pressure ulcer risk factors evaluation scale, and the influence of related factors on incidence of pressure ulcer was com -pared. Results Single factor analysis showed that preoperative smoking, albumin content and prolonged postoperative turning over time had significant influence on incidence of pressure ulcer. Conclusions Patients after thoracotomy are high risk population of pressure ulcer. The pivotal period for ulcer prevention is from the operation day to 3 days after operation.
