RESUMEN

Objective:To improve the understanding of sporadic adult Burkitt lymphoma. Methods:The clinical data of a patient with sporadic adult Burkitt lymphoma who was admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College in August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results:The patient visited the clinic mainly for abdominal pain and abdominal distension, and the disease progressed rapidly. The early pathological examination of an ileocecal mass showed B-cell lymphoma, which was treated with R-CHOP regimen chemotherapy, and the mass disappeared immediately. The patient's symptoms were slightly improved, but the ascites was not significantly improved. The diagnosis of Burkitt lymphoma was confirmed by ascites test, and the treatment was adjusted to R-EPOCH regimen. The patient's condition was stable before the submission of this paper. Conclusion:Burkitt lymphoma is a highly aggressive malignancy, and cytological detection of serosal effusion is of important reference value in the diagnosis of Burkitt lymphoma.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the levels of lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),D-dimer(D-D),antithrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ) in acute cerebral infarction (ACI)patients, and to analyzed their correlation with ACI.Methods Sixty-nine patients with ACI(ACI group) and 40 individuals undergoing healthy physical examination(control group) were selected in this study. The levels of Lp-PLA2,D-D and ATⅢ were compared between the two groups and their positive rates were statistically analyzed. Then the correlation between Lp-PLA2,D-D and ATⅢ with ACI was analyzed. Results The levels of Lp-PLA2 and D-D in the ACI group were higher than those in the control group, while the ATⅢ level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Their positive rates in the ACI group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Lp-PLA2,D-D and ATⅢ were correlated with ACI occurrence and had mutual correlation (all P<0.05).Conclusion Lp-PLA2,D-D and AT Ⅲ participate in the occurrence process of ACI,and their detection can be applied to screen out ACI high-risk groups, and may guide early prevention and early diagnosis of ACI.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of oral dydrogesterone for luteal phase support after frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles on the clinical outcomes.

METHODSA total of 1643 FET cycles in our center between January, 2010 and September, 2011 were analyzed. The patients were divided into group A with natural-cycle FET and group B with hormone replacement cycle (HRT-FET). The two groups were further divided into two subgroups to receive oral dydrogesterone (groups AI and BI, n=358 and 185, respectively) or intramuscular progesterone with progynova (groups AII and BII, n=634 and 466, respectively) as luteal phase support. The clinical pregnancy rates, implantation rates, early miscarriage rates, ectopic pregnancy rates, ongoing pregnancy rates and delivery rates were compared between the subgroups.

RESULTSThere were no significant differences in the clinical outcomes between the patients receiving dydrogesterone and intramuscular progesterone as luteal phase support in either natural-cycle FET or HRT FET (P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONIn the FET cycles, oral dydrogesterone tablets for luteal support can achieve good clinical outcomes comparable with those by intramuscular progesterone and serves as a good alternative for luteal phase support.

RESUMEN

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a novel mutated recombinant tissue-type plas-minogen activator (rt-Pam) in a rat model of acute cerebral thrombosis. Method Eighty-seven adult Wister rats were randomly divided into control group, recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator (rt-PA) group, low dose of rt-Pam group and routine dose of rt-Pam group. The rats of different groups were treated for 3 hours after thrombosis of middle cerebral artery. The size of infarction, neurological scores and severity of hemorrhage were observed 24 hours after treatment. The protective role of rt-Pam in the brain tissue was evaluated as per the infiltration of neutrophils and the concentration of plasminogen activator receptor-1 (PAR-1). Results Compared with control group, the sizes of infarction in the low dose of rt-Pam group and routine dose of rt-Pam group were significantly smaller [(108.5 ±27.3) mm3 and (68.3 ±17.2) mm3 vs. (323.4 ±42.3) mm3]. The neurological scores were evidently correlated with the size of infarction (r = 0.613, P<0.001), while the liability of cerebral hemorrhage in low dose of rt-Pam group was not significantly increased. The rt-Pam also reduced the production of myeloperox-idase, as well as the production of PAR-1 in comparison with rt-PA group [(13.8 ± 3.1) vs. (28.3±4.5), P <0.00l]. Conclusions The novel rt-Pam could be a better thrombolytic agent than rt-PA in treating acute stroke.
