Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Danshen Tongluo Jiedu Decoction medicated serum for hypoxia/reoxygenation rat myocardial microvascular endothelial cells(CMECs)by regulating MALAT1.Methods Rats CMECs cells were cultured in vitro to establish a model of hypoxia/reoxygenation damaged cells,and were transfected overexpressing/silencing blank MALAT1 slow virus,cells were divided into overexpressed blank + TCM group,overexpressed MALAT1 + TCM group,overexpressed MALAT1 group,silenced blank + TCM group,silenced MALAT1 group,and silenced MALAT1 + TCM group.They were cultured with corresponding serum separately.Beclin-1 protein expression was detected by immunofluorescence method,and SRPK1,SRSF1,VEGF and Bax protein expressions were detected by Western blot,MALAT1,SRPK1 and SRSF1 mRNA expressions were detected by RT-PCR.Results Compared with the overexpressed blank + TCM group,Beclin-1 protein expression increased in the overexpressed MALAT1 + TCM group,the protein expressions of SRPK1,SRSF1 and Bax significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),VEGF protein expression significantly decreased(P<0.01),while MALAT1,SRPK1 and SRSF1 mRNA expressions significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the overexpressed MALAT1 group,the protein expression of Beclin-1 in overexpressed MALAT1 + TCM group decreased,the expressions of SRPK1,SRSF1 and Bax protein significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),the expression of VEGF protein significantly increased(P<0.01),the mRNA expressions of MALAT1,SRPK1 and SRSF1 significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the silenced blank + TCM group,the protein expression of Beclin-1 in silenced MALAT1 + TCM group decreased,the expressions of SRPK1,SRSF1 and Bax protein significantly decreased(P<0.01),while the expression of VEGF protein significantly increased(P<0.01),the mRNA expressions of MALAT1,SRPK1 and SRSF1 significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the silenced MALAT1 group,the protein expression of Beclin-1 in silenced MALAT1 + TCM group decreased,the expressions of SRPK1,SRSF1 and Bax protein significantly decreased(P<0.05),the expression of VEGF protein significantly increased(P<0.01),the mRNA expressions of MALAT1,SRPK1 and SRSF1 significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Upregulation of MALAT1 expression can promote autophagy in hypoxia/reoxygenation model CMECs,while Danshen Tongluo Jiedu Decoction medicated serum can inhibit MALAT1 expression,thus inhibiting autophagy and promoting angiogenesis,and the mechanism may be related to the downregulation of SRPK1 and SRSF1 expressions.

Objective To investigate the effect of IFN-γ on the proliferation and migration of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line Eca9706 and related mechanism. Methods Cells were cultured in vitro and treated with interferon-γ. Cell morphology changes were observed under microscope, cell proliferation ability was detected by CCK-8 experiment, and cell migration ability was detected by cell scratch experiment and Transwell experiment. Real-time PCR method was used to detect the expression efficiency of chemokine CXCL8 (interleukin 8), and the ELISA experiment was used to detect the change of CXCL8 secretion. Results Compared with the blank control group, Eca9706 cells treated with different concentrations of interferon-γ did not change significantly in cell morphology. CCK8 experiment confirmed that the proliferation ability of Eca9706 cells after IFN-γ treatment was significantly reduced (P < 0.01). Cell scratch experiment found that IFN-γ significantly decreased the migration ability of Eca9706 cells (P < 0.01). Transwell experiment showed that after IFN-γ treatment, the migration ability of Eca9706 cells was significantly inhibited (P < 0.01). CXCL8 gene expression level in Eca9706 cells treated with interferon-γ was significantly down-regulated (P < 0.01), and the amount of CXCL8 secretion significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Conclusion Interferon-γ can inhibit the proliferation and migration of esophageal cancer cell line Eca9706, which may be related to its inhibition of the expression and secretion of CXCL8.

Objective: To study the vascularization of tubular graft of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and bladder acellular matrix (BAM) wrapped up in omentum. Methods: We planted BMSCs on the BAM and made it into tubular grafts. Thirty healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with 10 rabbits in each. Rabbits in experimental group received BMSCs-BAM tubular graft wrapped in omentum. Rabbits in control group received BAM tubular graft wrapped in omentum. Rabbits in blank group were planted with silicone catheter wrapped in omentum. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein, CD34 expression and microvessel density of the graft were measured at weeks 4 and 8, respectively. Results: ① The expression of VEGF protein was higher in the experimental group than in the control group and the blank group, and the expression of VEGF protein was higher in the control group than in the blank group; the differences among the three groups were statistically significant [F(2,15)=5.314, P=0.017]. ② The microvessels with positive CD34 expression were denser in the experimental group than in the other two groups, and the blood vessels were closely connected with each other. The microvessels with positive CD34 expression were also much denser in the control group than in the blank group. ③ The microvessel density was higher in the experimental group than in the control group and the blank group, and it was also higher in the control group than in the blank group. The differences among the three groups were statistically significant [F(2,12)=6.172, P=0.021]. Results: Omental wrapping promotes vascularization of BAM, and planting BMSCs on the BAM is more conducive to vascularization of BAM.

To investigate the values of orbital single photon emission computed tomography/computerized tomography (SPECT/CT) with 99mTc-diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (99mTc-DTPA) on the evaluation of lacrimal gland inflammation in patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO). Methods: A total of 58 TAO patients were retrospectively recruited for this study, all of whom were categorized into all active group and all inactive group based on the clinical active score (CAS). Another 12 patients with the negative images on SPECT/CT served as a normal control group (NC). All patients were undergone the 99mTc-DTPA orbit SPECT/CT. Quantitative parameters of lacrimal gland including width, length, volume, and the count ratio of region of interest (ROI) drawn on lacrimal gland to the region of occipital brain (target/non-target ratio, T/NT), were measured on axial and coronal slices, respectively. Quantitative parameters were compared among the 3 groups, and the diagnostic value on discrimination of TAO patients from inactive to active ones was evaluated. Results: All parameters in TAO patients (except the length on coronal slices and the mean radioactive counts of axial T/NT in the TAO inactive group) were much greater than those in the NC group (P<0.05). All parameters in the TAO active group (except the length on axial and coronal slices) were much greater than those in the TAO inactive group (P<0.05). There were significant lineal positive correlations between the parameters in all TAO patients (except the length on coronal slices ) and CAS. The best diagnostic value was detected by the max radioactive counts of axial T/NT (area under the curve=0.82, P<0.01). Conclusion: As an invasive imaging modality, 99mTc-DTPA orbital SPECT/CT is helpful to estimate the lacrimal gland inflammation and to assess the disease activity in TAO patients.

Objective To observe any short-term analgesic effect of using heat stimulation at acupoints for treating migraine headaches without aura.Methods Totally 120 migraine patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 60.Both groups was given 5mg of Sibelium orally each night for 4 weeks.The observation group additionally received heat and pain stimulation at the Feng Chi,Shuai Gu,Yang Ling Quan,Wai Guan,Tai Yang and Yin Tang acupoints.The heat was in 0.3 s pulses at 54.5° with an inter-pulse interval of 10 s.Each acupuncture point was stimulated 5 times in rotation for a total of 20 min daily for 4 weeks.The frequency of headache attacks,their duration,their intensity rated using a visual analogue scale (VAS),accompanying symptoms and responses to a migraine-specific quality of life questionnaire (MSQ) were recorded before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment there was significantly greater improvement in the observation group compared to the control group in terms of headache frequency,headache duration,VAS ratings,and accompanying symptoms.The observation group also improved significantly more in terms of the average limitation dysfunction score,dysfunction score and emotion score on the MSQ.Moreover,the total effectiveness rate of the observation group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%).During the treatment,no adverse reactions were found in terms of heart rate or blood pressure,and no abnormal manifestations such as infection,redness or swelling were observed at the stimulation sites.Conclusion Heat and pain stimulation at acupoints has a significant short-term analgesic effect on migraine without aura.Such treatment is safe and reliable,with few side effects.It provides a new treatment method for migraine patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

To compare diagnostic value of 4 kinds of target-to-nontarget ratio (T/NT), and to choose a better one to assess thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) activity. Methods: The clinical data were collected for 29 newly-diagnosed patients (58 eyes) with TAO who underwent orbital 99mTc-DTPA single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT) fusion images according to the clinical activity score (CAS). They were divided into an active group (18 cases, 36 eyes), an inactive group (11 cases, 22 eyes), and a control group (9 cases, 18 eyes). Diagnostic value of orbital/occipital lobe radioactive uptake count ratio (T/NT1), orbital/occipital radioactive uptake count ratio (T/NT2), orbital/thalamus radioactive uptake count ratio (T/NT3), and orbital/cerebellar radioactivity uptake count ratio (T/NT4) were calculated, and the CAS of Spearman rank correlation and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve were analyzed. Results: T/NT1, T/NT2 and CAS were correlated (r1=0.873, r2=0.527; P0.05). Area under the ROC curve of T/NT1 was 0.860, area under the ROC curve of T/NT2 was 0.581, and the accuracy for T/NT1 on TAO activity was good. T/NT1=9.74 could be used as active threshold for judge of TAO in patients. Conclusion: There is a good correlation between T/NT1 and CAS. TAO activity assessment possesses high diagnostic value, and SPECT/CT together with imaging anatomical location is more accurate.

Objective To study the relationship between glutamine metabolism and radiotherapy resistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods The glutaminase 1 (GLS1) knockout CNE1,6-10B cell lines and the control cell lines were established by lentivirus transfection technology.The CNE2 cell lines with GLS1 overexpression and control cell lines were established by liposome transfection technology.BPTES,one of Glutamine enzyme inhibitors,was used to inhibit the activity of GLS1.Glutamine/Glutamate(Gln/Glu) and Glu kits were used to detect glutamine metabolism in NPC cells;in vitro radiation clone formation experiment and flow cytometre mediated apoptosis assay were adopted to detect the effects of glutamine metabolism modulation on NPC radiosensitivity.Western blot and autophagic puncta monitor assay were carried out to detect the effects of glutamine metabolism modulation on autophagy status in NPC cells.Results Inhibiting the glutamine metabolism led to decreased clone formation,increased apoptotic rates,and decreased autophagic level in NPC cells;while activating the glutamine metabolism led to increased clone formation,decreased apoptotic rates and increased autophagic level in NPC cells.Conclusions The reduction of glutamine metabolism inhibits autophagy and increases radio sensitivity of NPC.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Cinobufacin capsules combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of median and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS:Ninety-five patients with median and advanced naso-pharyngeal carcinoma in cancer center of our hospital during 2011-2012 were analyzed retrospectively,and then divided into con-trol group (57 cases) and observation group (38 cases) according to therapy plan. Control group received radiotherapy alone, while observation group was additionally given Cinobufacin capsule 0.5 g,tid,till the end of radiotherapy. A treatment course last-ed for 4 weeks. The prolonged radiotherapy were compared between 2 groups. Clinical response rate was observed in 2 group,and 1-year and 3-year survival rate and the occurrence of ADR were followed up. RESULTS:The proportion of prolonged radiotherapy was 89.47% in control group,which was significantly higher than 52.63% of observation group,with statistical significance(P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Cinobu-facin capsule combined with radiotherapy can significantly relieve the side effects of radiotherapy in median and advanced nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma patients.

Abtract: Acute coronary syndrome is a common clinical and frequently occurring disease, belonging to the chest discomfort, heartache, and true heart pain of TCM category. The clinical observation shows that the heat and blood stasis, and poison damage heart nutrient is one of the important mechanisms of triggering coronary syndrome. Therefore, the method of promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and the Qing Ying detoxication was established as the basic treatment, and Danshen Tongluo Jiedu Decoction is applied as the main formula. According to the different types of disease and syndrome differentiation, flexible modification can achieve good efficacy. It is expected that these will provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of acute coronary syndrome.

According to ZHANG Zhong-jing, the main reason for the stroke was the exogenous wind, and the most important pathogenesis was the deficiency of qi and exogenous pathogenic factor. Three methods are stressed to cure the stroke: the equal treatment focused on the liver and the spleen, the use of tranquilizing medicine to stop the wind, and the use of strengthening body resistance to get rid of the exogenous pathogenic factors. While YE Tian-shi considered that the main reason for stroke was the deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin. The chief pathogenesis in stroke was the yang transforms to the interior wind. There are three therapeutic features in the treatment: the equal treatment focused on the liver and the spleen, the synchronous treatment of the liver and stomach, and select the medicine according to the four seasons climate. ZHANG Zhong-jing's theory of exogenous wind and YE Tian-shi's theory of yang transforms to the interior wind not only reflect the different angles in treatment for stroke, but also reflect the development of pathogenesis of stroke in the history.

Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of nutritional support in children with high nutritional risk. Methods Improved screening tool for the assessment of malnutrition in pediatrics (STAMP) was used to make nutritional risk score in 1296 cases of consecutively hospitalized patients, and to analysis the effects of nutrition support in clinical outcome. Results In these 1296 hospitalized patients, 379 cases had STAMP score?≥?4 and the detection rate of high nutritional risk was 29 . 24 %. A total of 304 cases were included for further analysis, including 85 cases ( 27 . 96 %) of nutritional support, among whom there were 37 cases of parenteral nutrition (PN), 23 cases of enteral nutrition (EN), 25 cases of combined application of EN and PN. Per capita and daily mean support cost were statistically different among patients with EN, PN and combination of PN and EN (P all?0.001), and EN had least cost. Compared with patients without nutrition support, the infection rate in patients with nutrition support were lower, but there was no statistic difference (P?=?0.095); the treatment fee of infectious diseases in patients without nutrition support was higher than that of patients with nutrition support and the cost of antibiotics was higher as well, and there were statistic differences (P all?0.001). The hospitalization costs in patients without nutrition support were different from that in patients with EN, PN, and PN combined EN (P all?0.001), while the duration of hospital stays were the same (P?=?0.213). Conclusions Improved STAMP is a simple and practical nutritional risk screening tool for pediatric patients; there are differences in the cost among different nutrition support methods. Nutritional support can effectively improve clinical outcomes, especially in reducing infection and reducing the cost for the treatment of infection.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combining ultrasonic with three-dimensional imaging guided microwave ablation in treating large hepatocellular carcinoma.Method The clinical data of 262 patients with large unresectable liver cancer who were admitted to the Air Force General Hospital from Jan 2011 to Jun 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Of these patients,136 underwent transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE),and the remaining 126 patients underwent combined ultrasonic with three-dimensional imaging guided microwave ablation (MWA).The AFP levels,tumor ablation rate,postoperative complication rates and survival rates between the two groups were compared.Result There were significant differences in the AFP levels in the two groups before and after surgery (P <0.05),but no significant differences were found between the 2 groups (P > 0.05).A significant difference was also observed on tumor ablation rate.In the MWA group,11 patients (8.73%) developed complications,while 21 patients (15.44%) in the TACE group developed complications,(P < 0.05).The 3-month,9-month,1-year,2-year and 3-year survival rates were 99%,95%,81%,70% and 57% in the MWA group,and 98%,94%,63%,36% and 28% in the TACE group.There were significant differences in the 1-year,2-year and 3-year survival rates,but no significant difference were observed in the 3-month and 9-month survival rates.Conclnsion Combined ultrasonic with three-dimensional imaging guided microwave ablation increased the rate of tumor ablation and prolonged the survival time of patients with large hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective To study any functional changes in the trigeminal nociceptive system in cases of migraine with aura (MWA) using painful heat-evoked potentials (CHEPs),and to explore the value of CHEP in evaluating the trigeminal small nerve fibers of patients with MWA.Methods Sixty patients with MWA were recruited as the MWA group,and 60 healthy persons were selected as a normal control group.Thermal stimulation at 51 ℃ was applied to the skin above the patients' right and left eyebrows.The N wave latencies and N-P amplitudes of the CHEPs were recorded at the vertex (Cz) of the head.The intensity of the stimulus was graded using a visual analogue scale (VAS).Results In the control group the simulation produced no significant differences in the N550 or P750 latencies or in the N-P amplitudes.In the MWA group no significant differences were observed when the headache side was stimulated,but the N550 and P750 latencies were both significantly shorter than those of the control group and the N-P amplitude was significantly greater than that of the control group.The average VAS score on both sides in the patients with migraine was significantly higher than those of the control group.However,there was no significant difference in average VAS scores between the headache and non-headache sides of the patients with migraine.Conclusions CHEP is a reliable method for detecting any pathological changes in the trigeminal small nerve sensory pathway.Increased cutaneous allodynia in acute migraine attacks is detectable using CHEPs.

Objective To explore the effects ofDanshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction on the inflammatory response of rats with bone marrow stem cell (BMSC) transplantation in acute myocardial infarction (AMI); To discuss its mechanism of action.Methods The whole bone marrow adherent method was adopted for BMSCs separation and culture. The AMI model was established by closing the left anterior descending coronary artery of SD rats. After the modeling, SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group and BMSCs group (BMSCs transplantation group),Danshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction group, Danshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction + BMSCs group, 10 rats in each group. BMSCs cell suspension was injected directly into the edge of the myocardial tissue infarction area; Chinese medicine or normal saline were administered for gavage. 4 weeks later, the contents of MCP-1 and sICAM-1 in each group were detected by ELISA. TLR-4 expression was measured by Western blot method, and HE staining was used to observe the myocardial tissue pathological changes.Results Compared with the model group, the contents of MCP-1 and sICAM-1 and the protein expression of TLR-4 in BMSCs group,Danshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction group, andDanshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction + BMSCs group decreased, Danshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction group was better than BMSCs group (P<0.05,P<0.01), andDanshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction + BMSCs group was better than BMSCs group andDanshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion BMSCs transplantation combined withDanshen Tongluo Detoxication Decoction can restrain the inflammatory response of AMI model rats and repair ischemic myocardium issue, which mechanism may be related to regulating TLR-4 induced inflammatory response.

Objective To study the characteristics of the central part of the nociceptive system in acute myelitis (AM) with contact heat evoked potentials (CHEPs) and to document the potentials in patients with AM.Methods Twenty patients with AM were recruited in this study as an experimental group,and twenty healthy subjects were chosen as a control group.A heat foil was used to elicit pain and CHEPs.Thermal stimuli were applied at 54.5 ℃ at five sites:the dorsum of the hand,the proximal volar surface of the forearm,the skin of the leg 5 cm proximal to the medial malleolus,and at the C7 and T12 acupuncture locations.The latency and waveform of the evoked potentials were recorded.The conduction velocity of the A8 fibers of the peripheral nerves and of the spinal part of the spinothalamic tract were analyzed.The somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and sensory conduction velocity (SCV) of the limbs were also examined,and the results were compared with the CHEP results.The results were compared between the two groups.Results The N 550 latencies of the CHEP on the dorsum of the hand,the inside of the leg,and at C7 and T12 were prolonged significantly in the patients with AM compared to the healthy controls.There were no significant differences in the nerve conduction velocity of the Aδ fibers and the velocity or amplitude of sensory nerve conduction in the limbs between the groups.The conduction velocities of the spinothalamic tract were significantly reduced in the patients with AM compared to the control group,while the peak latencies of N13 and the interpeak latencies of N9-N13 and N13-N20 in the AM patients were significantly prolonged compared to the healthy persons.In the patients with AM,CHEP abnormality in the lower limbs (17/20,85%) was significantly higher than in the upper limbs,total CHEP abnormality and CHEP abnormality in the lower limbs were significantly greater than SEP abnormality.Conclusion Persons with AM have abnormalities in the central part of the nociceptive system.When used with MRI and other electrophysiological examinations,CHEP may contribute to diagnosing AM.It could be helpful in the differential diagnosis of AM from motor neuron diseases and peripheral nerve lesions.It is of great potential value in clinical practice.

Objective To explore the value of ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential in treating brainstem infarctions through comparing the characteristics ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential (oVEMP) and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in patients with brainstem infarctions.Methods A total of 60 patients with brainstem infarctions were enrolled in a brainstem infarction (BI) group, while another sixty healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.All patients underwent oVEMP and BAEP tests via air-conducted stimuli.Results The oVEMPs were elicited reliably and stably in 58 of the control group, and 42 of the BI group, with the bilateral N1 and P1 latencies of oVEMP significantly prolonged [N1 (left) : 11.85 ± 0.82 ms, N1 (right) : 11.91 ± 0.86 ms, P1 (left) : 15.52 ± 1.61 ms, P1 (right) : 15.63 ± 1.64 ms respectively] and the bilateral N1-P1 amplitudes of oVEMP significantly reduced [1.23 ±0.42 μV (left) and 1.58 ± 0.70 μV (right) respectively].Moreover, no recordable oVEMPs was elicited in the other 18 patients, among which found 13 prolonged N1 latencies, 10 prolonged P1 latencies, 6 prolonged N1 and P1 latencies and 8 reduced N1-P1 amplitudes of oVEMP.Altogether, 45 abnormal oVEMPs were found, with an abnormal rate of 75%.The average peak latencies of Ⅴ waves [(5.98 ± 0.37) ms] and interpeak latencies of Ⅲ-Ⅴ and Ⅰ-Ⅴ waves [2.93 ± 0.34 ms and 4.96 ± 0.39 ms respectively] in the BI group were significantly prolonged compared to the controls (P< 0.01).The amplitude ratio of Ⅴ/Ⅰ (0.48 ± 0.10) in the BI group was significantly reduced compared to the controls (P < 0.05).Forty-two abnormal BAEPs were found, with an abnormal rate of 75% , including 17 prolonged latency of Ⅴ waves, 6 prolonged latency of Ⅲ waves, 15 prolonged interpeak latencies of Ⅲ-Ⅴ waves, 9 prolonged interpeak latencies of Ⅰ-Ⅴ waves, 11 cases of Ⅲ-Ⅴ interpeak latency larger than Ⅰ-Ⅲ interpeak latencies, 13 cases of the amplitude ratio of Ⅴ / Ⅰ smaller than 0.5 and 3 case of unclear waves.There were no significant differences in abnormal rate when using the oVEMP (42/60 and 75%) and BAEP (45/60 and 70%) testing However, the abnormal rate was 91.7% when combining oVEMP with BAEP testing, significantly higher than that when only conducting BAEP testing.Conclusion Patients with brainstem infarctions have abnormalities in oVEMP.Combined with MRI and other electrophysiological testing, oVEMP may contribute to the diagnosis of brainstem infarctions.

Objective To investigate the effects of soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine on myocardial cell apoptosis and related gene expression of BMSCs transplanting on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) of rats;To discuss its mechanism of protecting myocardium. Methods Model of myocardial IRI was established in rats. BMSCs were isolated, cultivated, and transplanted in IRI rats. SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, IRI group, BMSCs group, and combined group. Rats in combined group received gavage with soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine, while rats in other groups received gavage with the same dose of normal saline. After 4 weeks, myocardial cell apoptosis, Bcl-2, and Bax protein expression in myocardial cells were detected by TUNEL method and immunohistochemical method. Results Compared with IRI group, myocardial cell apoptosis index in the combined group and BMSCs group was lower, Bax expression decreased, Bcl-2 expression significantly increased (P<0.01);Compared with BMSCs group, myocardial cell apoptosis index in the combined group was lower;Bax expression decreased, Bcl-2 expression increased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine can inhibit BMSCs transplantation in IRI rat myocardial cell apoptosis, promote myocardial regeneration, and protect myocardial cells.

OBJECTIVE@#To compare the diagnostic value among the single photon emission computed tomography/computerized tomography (SPECT/CT), (99m)Tc-sestamibi (MIBI) planar scintigraphy, ultrasonography (US) and computerized tomography (CT) in diagnosis of patients with hyperparathyroidism (HPT). @*METHODS@#A total of 59 patients were retrospectively recruited for this study. The patients received parathyroidectomy and were verified by pathological examination. Among them, 31, 28 and 26 patients received SPECT/CT, (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy, US and CT, respectively, before the parathyroidectomy. The sensitivity for localization or qualitation was compared between SPECT/CT and (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy; the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were compared among the SPECT/CT, (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy, US and CT. @*RESULTS@#There was no statistical difference in the sensitivity of localization between SPECT/CT and (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy (P>0.05); however, the SPECT/CT exhibited more sensitive than the (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy in detection of hyperplastic lesions (P<0.05). Among the four imaging modalities, SPECT/CT had advantages over (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy in terms of accuracy (P<0.05). In contrast, the sensitivity of CT was not as good as that of SPECT/CT and US (both P<0.05). For the diagnosis of lesions with a diameter more than 1 cm, the sensitivity of SPECT/CT was the best (all P<0.05). However, the sensitivity of US was the best in diagnosis of lesions with a diameter less than 1 cm (all P<0.05). @*CONCLUSION@#The SPECT/CT is more effective than (99m)Tc-MIBI planar scintigraphy in diagnosis of HPT, especially in diagnosis of hyperplastic lesions. Both of SPECT/CT and US are recommended to localize the target parathyroid lesions of HPT before the parathyroidectomy.

Objective We aimed to explore the value of Servperf model in evaluation of nursing service quality of obstetrics.Methods This survey was conducted by modified Servperf model.A total of 315 maternal in obstetrics of a certain hospital in Xinjiang province were studied.Results The total scores of nursing service quality in obstetrics were (117.78±17.60) and score index was 81.2%.The score index from high to low for each dimension turned out as:the score of assurance was (37.09 ± 5.15),and score index was 82.4%; the score of reliability was (12.19 ± 2.08) and score index was 81.3%; the score of care was (32.27 ± 5.13) and score index was 80.7%; the score of responsiveness was (36.24 ± 6.13) and score index was 80.5%.The maternal who had different occupations,hospitalization days,education levels and perceived health status had significant difference in perception of nursing service quality.Conclusions On the basis of ensuring assurance and reliability,nursing managers should give priorities to responsiveness and empathy care in terms of nursing service quality.In addition,nursing interventions should be given accoming to influencing factors in order to effectively improve nursing service quality of obstetrics.

Objective To observe the effects of intervention of soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine on cardiac function and myocardial pathologic morphology of BMSCs transplanting on myocardial IRI of rats, and investigate its myocardial protection mechanism. Methods Model of myocardial IRI was established by coronary artery ligation in rats. SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, IRI group, BMSCs group and combined group. Rats in combined group were filled the stomach with soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine, and rats in other groups were filled the stomach with the same dose of normal saline. After 4 weeks, myocardial pathologic morphology was observed with light microscope. Cardiac function was detected with ultrasonic cardiogram.Results Compared with BMSCs group, heart function of the combined group improved, with significant statistical difference (P<0.05,P<0.01). Pathological observation showed that myocardial structure and pathological morphology were obviously promoted in the combined group.Conclusion Soothing liver and activating blood Chinese medicine could improve heart function and myocardial pathological morphology of IRI rats with BMSCs transplantation.
