RESUMEN

ObjectiveTo develop basic training courses for family doctor teams for people with disabilities. MethodsUtilizing the methods and theories of the World Health Organization (WHO) rehabilitation competency framework (RCF), and referring to the WHO universal health coverage global competency framework, the rehabilitation competency characteristics of family doctor teams for people with disabilities in community settings were analyzed, and a basic training course system for these teams based on the RCF was developed. Results and ConclusionBased on RCF, a competency framework for family doctor teams serving people with disabilities has been constructed. The objectives, content and training course system for basic rehabilitation training has been established.

RESUMEN

Color is an important indicator for evaluating the ornamental traits of horticultural plants, and plant pigments is a key factor affecting the color phenotype of plants. Plant pigments and their metabolites play important roles in color formation of ornamental organs, regulation of plant growth and development, and response to adversity stress. It has therefore became a hot topic in the field of plant research. Virus-induced gene silencing (VIGS) is a vital genomics tool that specifically reduces host endogenous gene expression utilizing plant homology-dependent defense mechanisms. In addition, VIGS enables characterization of gene function by rapidly inducing the gene-silencing phenotypes in plants. It provides an efficient and feasible alternative for verifying gene function in plant species lacking genetic transformation systems. This paper reviews the current status of the application of VIGS technology in the biosynthesis, degradation and regulatory mechanisms of plant pigments. Moreover, this review discusses the potential and future prospects of VIGS technology in exploring the regulatory mechanisms of plant pigments, with the aim to further our understandings of the metabolic processes and regulatory mechanisms of different plant pigments as well as improving plant color traits.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the clinical significance in combined detection of C-reactive protein and the cervical secretion smear in chorioamnionitis with preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM).Methods Eighty patients with PPROM (PPROM group) were selected and divided into chorioamnionitis group (n =55) and without chorioamnionitis(n =25) according to the diagnosis. The levels of C-reactive protein and cervical smear were analysis, including sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value.Sixty cases of preterm no premature rupture of membranes pregnant women with the same gestational age were chosed as the control group. Results The positive rate of CRP and cervical secretions smear in PPROM group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =50.24,54.81 ;P < 0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value by the CRP diagnosis of chorioamnionitis in patients with PPROM were 58.18%,63.64%,36.00%,32.00% respectively. Those indices of cervical secretions smear diagnosis were 66.67%,67.31%,29.03%,28.57% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value regarding of CRP and cervical secretions smear joint inspection diagnosis of chorioamnionitis were 69.09%,88.00%,92.68%,56.41% respectively. Conclusion The inspection of CRP combined with cervical secretion smear can improve specificity and positive predictive value of chorioamnionitis diagnosis with PPROM pregnant women.
