On specialty diathesis of medical colleges and universities and the characteristic of cultivating its professional diathesis / 中华医学教育探索杂志

There is consistence between educational mechanism and training goal in medical colleges and univeristies. Medical students not only shoud have solid theoretical knowledge and exquisite skills,namely specialty diathesis,but also should possess good professional diathesis. Specialty diathesis provides a basic quality for medical students'future work,while emphasizing the education of professional diathesis can cultivate skillful medical workers with morality who can accord with social needs.
