RESUMEN

Objective@#To analyze the possible responses of parents of young children to Child sexual assault (CSA) and the potential influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for prevention programs of CSA.@*Methods@#Part of the data from "2016-2020 Child Injury Prevention Project" was used to analyze responses to CSA among parents of children younger than 3rd grade in primary school by chi square test and Logistic regression analysis.@*Results@#A total of 4 072 parents were included in the analysis. Among them, 86.8% of parents chose "to solve problems together", 51.0% of parents taking children to a "psychologist", 4.9% of parents "scolding children for being too careless", 2.9% of parents "letting child not disclose abuse" and 6.5% of parents chose "other" coping methods. Parents with foreign nationality [OR(95%CI)=2.58(1.25-5.15)] and lower education level (OR=0.26-0.64) tend to "blame" their children. Mothers [(OR(95%CI)=0.54(0.33-0.90)], higher parental education level (OR=0.27-0.72) were more reluctant to encourage their children to keep quiet. Mothers [OR(95%CI)=1.73(1.32-2.27)], older children (OR=1.33-1.78) and parents with higher education level (OR=1.65-2.99) tend to "accompany". Parents aged 30 or more, and from high school/technical school/technical secondary school tend to take their children to see a "psychologist" [OR(95%CI)=1.39(1.14-1.71), 1.79(1.26-2.53)].@*Conclusion@#Parents universally pay attention to the physical and mental health of children after CSA, but some parents still take negative coping methods, e.g. "blame" and "not disclose". Parenting educational level, duration of parent-child communication and age of children are primary factors associated with parental responses to child sexual assault. This study suggests that prevention secondary injury following child sexual assault should be farther strengthened, while fully considering the characteristics of the educated objects.

RESUMEN

Objective@#To investigate the relationship between psychological stress related factors in life events and serum uric acid levels in patients with hyperuricemia.@*Methods@#The life events scale was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the mental stimulation of 60 hyperuricemia patients. The laboratory analysis, as well as correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis, were used to compare the general data and biochemical indicators of patients under different pressures.@*Results@#Patients with a total score of 20 or less on the life event scale were included in the low-pressure group, and the total score greater than 20 points in the high-pressure group. The highest frequency of positive and negative life events were outstanding achievement and stress in work and study. The frequency of gout attacks and cholesterol, triglyceride, serum creatinine, serum uric acid, and cortisol levels in the high-pressure group were significantly higher than those in the low-pressure group (P<0.05). The positive life event stimulation was positively correlated with cholesterol and triglyceride, and the negative life event stimulation was positively correlated with uric acid. In the multivariate linear regression analysis with serum uric acid as the dependent variable, the frequency of gout attacks and the stress group finally entered the regression model in the last year. The regression model had statistical significance F(2, 54)=27.765(P<0.01), adjusted R2=0.522.@*Conclusions@#In patients with hyperuricemia who are greatly stimulated in family life and work in life events, mental stress is related with elevated levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and serum uric acid. Elevated triglycerides and cholesterol are related to positive life events, and the rise of blood uric acid is related to negative life events. For patients with hyperuricemia, high-stress and frequent gouts are associated with higher levels of serum uric acid.

RESUMEN

Objective:To investigate the clinical features and influencing factors of early-onset gout. Methods:Male patients with gout admitted to Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism were recruited from 2015 to 2018. Patients with gout onset before age 30 were defined as the " early-onset" group, and those with onset at 30~60 years were defined as the "late-onset" group. Clinical characteristics were compared between two groups. Factors associated with early-onset gout were analyzed. Results:A total of 1 243 male patients were enrolled in this study; 480 individuals were in the early-onset, and 763 in the late-onset groups. Compared with the late-onset group, patients with early-onset gout had higher consumption rates of sugar-sweetened beverage(28.0% vs 15.0%, P=0.001), a higher homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance level(3.78±2.93 vs 3.10±2.39, P<0.01), and larger proportions of family histories of diabetes(30.8% vs 20.4%, P<0.01)and hypertension(51.2% vs 42.6%, P=0.003). Logistic regression analysis showed that factors associated with early-onset gout were drinking sugar-sweetened beverage( P=0.012), family history of diabetes( P=0.037). Conclusion:Early-onset gout was associated with a family history of diabetes. Patients with family histories of diabetes are more likely to have early-onset gout, which may be associated with a common genetic basis.

RESUMEN

Objective To observe the biological effects of magnetic fields of different intensities on microvascular endothelial cells in the human brain (HBMECs).Methods HBMECs were cultured in vitro under normal conditions and randomly divided into a control group and several magnetic induction groups——26 mT,62.5 mT,110.7 mT and 215.6 mT at the center pole.Any changes to the cytomembranes were observed 72 h after planking using the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) method.Superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde methods were used to detect cellular oxidation due to the magnetic field. An inverted microscope was used to observe any changes in cell morphology, and flow cytometry was employed to detect cell apoptosis. Results Compared with the control group, the LDH value of the 215.6 mT group was significantly higher, but there were no significant differences in oxidative damage, apoptosis or morphology observed. Moreover, there were no significant differences between the controls and the 26 mT,62.5 mT and 110.7 mT groups in any of the above measurements. Conclusion Magnetic fields of different intensity have different biological effects on HBMECs.A 215.6 mT magnetic field influences their cell membranes but causes no oxidative damage, cell apoptosis or morphological changes. These observations and the mechanism need further exploration.

RESUMEN

Objective To investigate the usage of oral cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent medicine in Tiantan Community Health Service Center of Beijing (hereinafter referred to as “the centre”) during 2010-2015. Methods Varieties, dosage and sales amount of oral cardio-cerebrovascula Chinese patent medicine during 2010-2015 were analyzed through hospital information system database of the centre. DDDs, DDC and B/A values were calculated. Results Oral cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent medicine accounted for 23.67% of all kinds of medicine during 2010-2015. The average annual growth rate of the amount of sales was 11.96%, accounting for 48.73% of total sales. DDDs showed an upward trend over six years, including DDDs of Compound Danshen Dirpping Pills ranking the first. DDC and B/A also showed the daily cost of most of oral cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent medicine was less than 10 yuan. B/A value was approximately equal to 1, indicating that these kinds of medicine had better synchronization, and high frequency of usage. Oral cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent medicine dominated in all kinds of Chinese patent medicine during 2010-2015, which was related to the reason that most patients were old people. The frequentness during 2010-2015 in the centre did not changed much, and the structure was relatively stable. Conclusion The usage of oral cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent medicine in the center is reasonable, with some problems, which need to be further supervised.
